Under the background of carbon neutrality,peak carbon dioxide emissions and building a new-type power system with new energy as the main part,the optimization and upgrading of China’s energy structure has entered a new stage.The microgrid integrated energy system with distributed generation as the core can effectively improve the utilization efficiency of distributed renewable energy,and alleviate a series of environmental and energy problems caused by the excessive dependence on fossil energy.The configuration of energy storage equipment for microgrid integrated energy system can effectively improve energy efficiency,help to realize the coordinated control optimization of microgrid.The key to ensure the economic,stable and efficient operation of microgrid integrated energy system is to reasonably configure the capacity of energy storage equipment and design effective coordinated dispatching strategy.In this paper,the micro grid integrated energy system is taken as the research object.In the aspect of clustering analysis of seasonal differences of system working conditions,based on data mining theory,this paper deeply analyzes the influence mechanism of renewable energy output and energy load characteristics of microgrid,uses Relief-F algorithm to calculate the index weight,selects six key indexes such as daily load cycle number,temperature,etc.for clustering analysis,and selects DBSCAN algorithm to realize clustering and division of typical seasonal days.As for the demand response of regional power load,in view of the uncertainty and reverse load of distributed renewable energy,this study introduces the current widely used demand response methods,analyzes the system architecture design scheme under time of use price mechanism and the operation strategy of distributed generation energy storage joint system.In this paper,an optimization model of microgrid power load time series distribution in isolated grid operation mode is constructed,and simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the optimization of power load time series distribution in weekday and non weekday scenarios.In the aspect of energy storage capacity allocation optimization,in order to realize energy storage allocation optimization of microgrid integrated energy system,based on the framework of microgrid integrated energy supply system,the optimization model of energy storage allocation under time-of-use price mechanism is constructed from three dimensions of energy consumption cost,maintenance cost and annual initial investment cost.The improved genetic algorithm based on self-organizing mapping is used to solve the problem.The results show that the energy storage equipment can help the system to cut peak and fill valley,and enhance the capacity of renewable energy consumption.The improved algorithm solves the problem of random search in the late iteration of traditional genetic algorithm,and effectively improves the global search ability.In terms of investment subsidy strategy for system construction,this paper combs the subsidy status of renewable energy and energy storage projects in China,puts forward a dynamic investment subsidy scheme considering peak shaving participation,and establishes a mathematical model to solve the optimization model of system energy storage allocation under the time of use electricity price mechanism.By comparing and analyzing different subsidy schemes,it is proved that the scheme has lower annual value and better investment incentive effect.In terms of investment subsidy strategy for system construction,this paper combs the subsidy status of renewable energy and energy storage projects in China,puts forward a dynamic investment subsidy scheme considering peak shaving participation,and establishes a mathematical model to solve the optimization model of system energy storage allocation under the time of use electricity price mechanism.By comparing and analyzing different subsidy schemes,it is proved that the scheme has lower annual value and better investment incentive effect.The research results of this paper optimize the seasonal typical day clustering division idea,model construction idea and solution algorithm in the research of integrated energy system configuration,which can provide more sustainable solutions for decision-makers and investors of microgrid integrated energy system,and provide scientific theoretical support and reference for the formulation of microgrid investment subsidy policy.
