The maintenance cost of wind turbine is high,and the maintenance strategy is one of the main factors affecting the maintenance cost.This paper takes doubly-fed wind turbine as the main research object,collects and sorts out the actual operation history fault data of wind turbine and the related operation and maintenance data of wind farm.Based on the statistics of the fault data of the wind farm since its operation,the system and components with high fault probability of the wind turbine are analyzed.At the same time,the least square method is used to analyze the fault data of wind turbine and estimate the parameters of the two-parameter Weibull distribution model.Research and improve the existing wind turbine components chosen opportunity maintenance strategy,considering the operation and fault state of two units,parts preventive replacement maintenance and fault maintenance two maintenance opportunity,waiting for the departure and arriving units such as five maintenance phase,respectively,summarizes the typhoon electrical units for a single maintenance and common maintenance opportunity for maintenance of all alternative way of maintenance in the two cases and its applied conditions,and established the opportunity maintenance respectively under the condition of the maintenance cost model,gives the opportunity maintenance strategy application examples,and compare the maintenance cost.It is concluded that the joint maintenance of multiple typhoon power units is more helpful to make full use of the economic correlation between the maintenance activities of each component,improve the flexibility of the maintenance plan,and effectively reduce the maintenance cost.Finally,the development of offshore wind power is introduced,the characteristics of offshore wind power units and their maintenance operations are summarized,and the influence of unreachable state on maintenance activities is analyzed.The maintenance strategy mentioned above is extended to offshore wind turbines,and an application example is given to compare the results.Results show that the sea typhoon electric unit for more chance to reduce the maintenance parts of maintenance is more conducive to fixed costs,improve the reliability of unit,can greatly reduce the cost,improve the operational status of offshore wind turbines,also verified the typhoon more electricity share maintenance crew chance opportunities for the effectiveness of the maintenance strategy used in wind turbines. |
