| The physical and chemical properties of coal gangue are complex,the traditional engineering slope protection methods ignore the landscape restoration of vegetation,and the existing ecological slope protection technology can not well solve the slope protection problems.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to formulate a technical plan that takes into account both the coal gangue slope protection and ecological restoration.In this paper by the hunan loudi district dragon post on coal gangue highway slope protection project,carried out the coal gangue physical and chemical properties,microbial modified coal gangue,polymer curing agent for surface protection research,and put forward the corresponding construction technology scheme,through outdoor model box test,verify the feasibility of this scheme,the main results were as follows:(1)The results of pH value and heavy metal determination as well as indoor disintegration and waterproofing tests show that gangue is weakly acidic,heavy metals exceed the standard,easy to disintegration,poor water resistance,easy to weathering,and poor plant growth on gangue slope.(2)The experimental results of coal gangue improvement by different microorganisms show that the compound microbial agents have the best effect on coal gangue improvement,which can improve its pH value,improve its acidic environment,reduce its heavy metal content and promote plant growth.(3)The mixture ratio test results of polymer curing agent show that pure acrylic emulsion curing agent is the most suitable for coal gangue slope surface protection,and the fluidity,hydrophobicity,hydrophobicity and bonding strength of polymer curing agent are the best when the polymer cement ratio is 1.2,and the surface curing effect of coal gangue is the best.(4)The results of model box test and anti-scour test confirm that the coal gangue slope protection construction scheme,which is firstly treated with microorganisms,then sprayed with polymer curing agent,and finally sprayed with soil,is practical and feasible.The simulated slope surface of the construction with the method is complete and the plant growth is good.This study proposed the gangue slope protection construction scheme,applied to highway,dragon treatment than traditional slope face more complete,the plants grow better,it has better effect to ecological slope protection,shows that the slope surface protection is to solve coal gangue and to the problems of plant growth,and can be applied in the coal gangue slope protection engineering. |
