| China’s high-speed railways are experiencing rapid development.A large number of new high-speed railway lines and upgraded railway lines are put into operation every year.To ensure the smooth opening and operation of high-speed railways,dynamic inspection before opening and operation is of great significance to construction quality assurance.As an important part of the high-speed railway signal system,the train operation control system is the basic equipment to ensure the safety of trains.The correctness of the train control data configuration not only affects the smooth flow of trains,but may also affect the safety of trains.At present,the dynamic inspection of the train control system has a strong dependence on the level of the monitoring personnel.It mainly depends on the observation and judgment of the test personnel to discover the problems in the system.The long-term test work not only increases the labor intensity of the monitoring personnel,but also it is also easy to cause test omissions and misjudgments.There is an urgent need to research and develop a train control system dynamic inspection system to realize automatic testing,automatic recording,and re-visiting and other functions.This article proposes an automatic inspection system scheme,which can automatically check static data and display the current running status of the train in real time.When the train is running,the train control equipment dynamic monitoring system(DMS)receives the train operation information sent by the on-board ATP,the inspection equipment is connected to the DMS,and receives the on-board ATP operation information forwarded by the DMS.The testing equipment processes this information,extracts static data information and checks it with the train control engineering data,and displays real-time train operation information through a graphical interface and other methods.The main technical difficulty of the train control system dynamic inspection system is to communicate with the tested train control on-board equipment interface to obtain status data without affecting the normal operation of the train control on-board equipment.The second is to process and judge the measured data,and give an alarm for abnormal data,so that the tester can find the problem as soon as possible during the follow-up analysis.The research and development of the train control system dynamic inspection equipment can greatly improve the signal system’s joint debugging and test technology level,reduce the labor intensity of the testers,and is of great significance for the stable use of the train control system and the accumulation of big data.Provide technical reserves for the research on dynamic inspection automation of train control system.This thesis contains 43 pictures,22 tables,and 54 references. |
