| With the rapid development of my country’s railways and the demand for operational quality,higher requirements have been put forward for the safe operation of the power supply equipment of the railway traction power supply system.Advanced testing technology and modern testing equipment are the guarantee for improving the maintenance quality of the traction power supply system.An important means to realize the status detection and status maintenance of electrified railways.In order to ensure the operation order of high-speed railway EMUs and improve the safety and reliability of power supply of EMUs,a high-speed railway power supply safety detection and monitoring system should be constructed.Among them,the pantograph comprehensive detection device is a vehicle-mounted catenary detection equipment installed on the comprehensive detection train.With the comprehensive inspection of the train,it is inspected periodically,and the status and parameters of the railway catenary and the relationship between the pantograph and the network are comprehensively inspected.Based on the test results,each catenary equipment operating unit organizes on-site review and inspection of the hard points,height differences,and pull-out values of the catenary found in the test.After confirming the defects of the equipment,they organize the treatment,and initially solve the operation,testing and maintenance of the power supply equipment.The indistinguishable contradiction provides technical support for "centralized repair" and "precision inspection and refinement".This article systematically introduces the working principle of the pantograph-net integrated detection device and the detection operation analysis method,and analyzes in detail the actual problems discovered and solved by the pantograph-net comprehensive detection device.Through the output of different types of waveform curves,the corresponding relationship between the waveform curve and various typical defects of the catenary is analyzed,and the on-site rectification and elimination plan is studied,providing reference guidance for the inspection and maintenance of the catenary,and ensuring good service for the maintenance of the power supply equipment. |
