Energy saving and consumption reduction is a policy consistently implemented by my country’s thermal power industry.Compared with pure condensing units,cogeneration units can effectively improve energy utilization efficiency and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.As a power generation company,the power plant must not only maintain the unit to operate under stable conditions,but also ensure that it is in an optimal operating state.Currently,there are many methods used to guide the optimal operation of thermal power plants,and the loss analysis method is one of them.As an important indicator for evaluating the economics of thermal power plants,coal consumption will change due to the deviation of operating parameters from the benchmark value.The consumption difference analysis method can directly show this change.Therefore,the power plant staff can observe the condition of the unit in time and make targeted adjustments to the operating parameters.And then maintain the unit to operate under the optimal condition,and ultimately improve the economy of unit operation.However,since the units are mostly operated under variable operating conditions rather than stable operating conditions in practice,it is necessary to study the economics of the unit under variable operating conditions.This article is to analyze and study the energy consumption difference of the heating unit under variable operating conditions.First,it explains the specific principles of the difference analysis method and the classification of the difference,briefly introduces several common methods of the difference analysis and the method adopted in this article-the conventional heat balance method,and further elaborates the variable operating conditions of the heating unit Principles and characteristics of calculations.Afterwards,the determination of the parameter reference value and the construction of the variable-condition calculation model of the heating unit are specifically explained.The determination of the reference value is an important part of the loss analysis method,and its accuracy will directly affect the result of the loss analysis.This article combines the big data analysis method with the variable working condition calculation method,and reasonably selects the determination method of its reference value according to the characteristics of each parameter.Then,taking a 350MW heating unit in a power plant as an example,the construction of the consumption difference analysis model was completed,and the operation mode of the circulating water pump of the wet cooling unit was optimized.Further analysis and calculation of the consumption difference of different parameters,including the initial and final parameters of the unit,cylinder efficiency,heater end difference,heating parameters,etc.are carried out,The study found that among the various parameters,the steam turbine exhaust pressure has the most obvious influence on the coal consumption of the unit.At the end of the article,the main functions and display interface of the thermal power unit loss analysis system are briefly introduced.
