| Thermal power unit intelligent operation management is based on modern computer technology and information end of the unit digital and visual monitoring and safety and reliability equipment management.Through intelligent operation management technology,it can display equipment status information in real time,provide effective directions for unit maintenance,and reduce the probability of forced shutdown of equipment.It is undoubtedly an effective management method to improve equipment safety and reliability.The safety and economic operation of the unit has great significance.However,the research of intelligent power plant is still in its infancy.and the research of key technologies such as unit operation state visualization,intelligent fault identification and intelligent fault diagnosis still does not meet the requirements of intelligent operation management.Therefore,this thesis will combine the basic theory of generators and the principle of fault diagnosis to study the key technologies to solve the above problems.In this thesis,the key technology of intelligent operation management of thermal power units is studied.First,the thesis studies the drawing and visualization of the information monitoring figure of the safe running area of the thermal motor unit.Based on the figure of the unit’s safe operation limit figure,V curve and characteristic curve,an intelligent and visual monitoring system is constructed.Secondly,based on the generator shaft voltage analysis of the generator rotor fault identification principle and scheme,according to the generator rotor health detection and fault identification analysis,put forward the generator rotor fault intelligent,automatic,visual identification scheme,establish an input module,analysis module,display module and report output module composed of shaft voltage fault identification model,according to each module to achieve generator rotor health detection and fault identification functions.Thirdly,it is a typical method to study and calculate excitation current by using excitation current increase.By analyzing the causes of the formation of short circuits between rotor slugs and their effect on excitation current,a method for the diagnosis of short circuits between rotor turbines of steam turbine generators based on load characteristic curve offset is proposed.Using the offset load characteristic curve to perform the secondary calculation of excitation current for generators that are working normally and short-circuiting between rotors,the results of excitation current calculation are compared with the actual values,and the results are compared to diagnose whether the unit has a short-circuit fault between the two. |
