| With the development of national defense,thermal battery,as the most ideal power source of ammunition system,is more widely used in missile and aviation fields because of its small size,high instantaneous energy and convenient storage.With it,the demand for thermal batteries is gradually increasing.It is obvious that the production of thermal batteries by traditional manual assembly cannot meet the development of national defense.Therefore,the research on automatic assembly technology of thermal battery aiming at improving production efficiency,stability and qualification rate has become an urgent need in the development of national defense field.In this paper,according to the principle of traditional manual assembly technology,an automatic assembly technology of thermal battery is studied,and the automatic winding assembly and process control of flexible body of thermal battery are realized.In the research,referring to the related literature of thermal battery and the previous research on assembly technology,based on the traditional manual assembly technology of thermal battery,the technical requirements in the process of thermal battery assembly and the basic conditions affecting the performance of thermal battery were summarized,and the technological scheme of automatic assembly was formulated.The overall framework of the automatic assembly system of thermal battery is designed,including the structural design,circuit design and control system program design.Firstly,according to the process flow scheme of automatic assembly technology,the mechanical structure design of thermal battery stack automatic winding module,positive and negative lead bending welding module,thermal insulation cotton automatic winding module and shell welding module is completed.The key movements of each module are calculated and analyzed to determine the reasonable layout of each mechanism and the feasibility of the assembly principle.Secondly,in order to meet the needs of automatic assembly,a control system based on PLC is built.Complete the hardware selection,I/O distribution and circuit connection of the assembly system,design each module and initialization program,and use PID and EM253 bit control module to complete the design of constant voltage winding,spindle control and other related programs,thus realizing the automatic control technology of the thermal battery assembly system.Finally,the automatic assembly system of thermal battery is built to verify the feasibility of its automatic assembly process principle.A large number of experiments are carried out on PID constant voltage winding,EM253 spindle motion control and mechanical system performance to ensure that the technical requirements of thermal battery assembly are met.At the same time,the semi-finished products of the thermobattery automatic assembly are tested,and the qualified rate and assembly efficiency of the thermobattery are counted.The results show that the thermobattery automatic assembly technology can realize the winding,welding and casing of small-sized thermobatteries,which lays a foundation for the improvement and renewal of the thermobattery automatic assembly technology in the future. |
