Abstract/Summary:
Domestic dry vacuum pump in the future has a good development prospects,the market is very broad.But the reliability of domestic dry pump is still far behind that of imported pump,the failure rate is higher,so it is very important to improve the reliability of domestic dry pump.Inpaper,starting from the health status and fault identification of dry vacuum pump,thefollowing work has been done and good results have been obtained.First of all,force control configuration software is used to build the central monitoring system,field devices can be through the Internet to transmit data to the central monitoring system,the system can collect real-time data of equipment operation,and can,through the historical data location query,monitoring and control system can real-time display equipment alarm state,when the dry pump warning and alarm information,the system make a voice call the police,to prompt the staff.Secondly,it designs the modules which cooperate with the central monitoring system,including vibration frequency selection module,communication protocol conversion module and data storage module.The vibration frequency selective modules can be real-time detection of dry pump whether have scratches,when dry pump rotor with cavity,frequency selective modules will be extracted to scratches,scratches and filtering of signal by frequency selective module circuit,detection circuit,rectifier circuit,eventually converted into a dc voltage signal,transmission to the dry pump motherboard,and in the dry pump display terminal display alarming information,can have very good warning effect.The communication protocol conversion module plays a similar role as a gateway,connecting the conversion module with the H-type dry pump.The communication module can first convert rs485/232 protocol in the H-pump into Modbus Tcp protocol,and then transmit the operation data to the central monitoring system through the network cable.The data storage module can be used to store the running data of the pump.Stack in the end,based on the neural network coding design of dry pump failure analysis system,through the fault sample data from client to train built a network model,and part of the sample data to test the model,in the end when there is a new fault data input to the model,the model can be the fault classification,reach the role of fault identification.
