The Reconstruction Design Of Baoding Riverside Park From The Perspective Of Regional Culture

With the rapid development of my country’s urbanization process,the urban landscape in most areas has a convergent development,which has caused the local landscape to be hindered in the process of continuing the regional cultural characteristics.As cultural soft power has increasingly become the core competitiveness of urban development,people have become more and more active in the regional cultural landscape in the development of new urban areas.However,for the convergent landscape that has been established in the early stages of urbanization,Today’s society that advocates "cultural self-confidence" has gradually lost its core competitiveness for further urban development.Urban waterfront landscape is an important platform to show the characteristics of the city and its history.Its landscape status is also facing the same problem.At the same time,under the cultural impact brought by globalization,the special value of regional culture is getting more and more attention.So how to use the high-quality natural resources of urban waterfront green space landscape to create urban landscape corridors with regional and cultural characteristics has also ushered in more and more relevant scholars and practitioners’attention and exploration.Based on this article,the theoretical and practical exploration is carried out by taking the renovation and design of the Riverside Park in Baoding City as an example,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.Based on the systematic study of the basic theory of regional culture and urban waterfront landscapes,this research discusses the coupling relationship,methods and methods of the regional culture and urban waterfront landscape,based on the lack of regional cultural expression that is common in the current urban waterfront landscape development process.And the main points of the approach,summarized the extraction and form transformation of regional culture,and put forward the design principles of urban waterfront green space renovation from the perspective of regional culture.Through the project analysis and experience summary of relevant excellent cases at home and abroad,the advanced design concept is used for reference.In the end,this article takes Baoding City Riverside Park as the research object,and conducts a detailed investigation and analysis of its site status,local culture and surrounding environment.The theme is"Renaissance of cultural heritage" and the overall concept is "Pulse shaping the ancient city and stability to the valley",Proposed a design plan for the renovation of the Riverside park that integrates the network of human,water,city,and green cultures,and highlights the regional cultural landscape.The plan adopts the new landscape structure layout of "one axis,three belts,and seven districts",and extracts the regional cultural elements within the corresponding range of Riverside Park.The extracted cultural elements are carried out by means of borrowing,symbolism and metaphor,deconstruction and innovation,etc.Transformation of landscape symbols,using native materials,buildings,plants,roads and squares,service facilities and art sketches in Riverside Park as expression vectors to create landscapes.The whole park has formed a total of 38 display areas through preservation,transformation and new designs.The cultural landscape node builds the Riverfront Park into a vibrant urban riverside park with regional cultural display as the main line,and at the same time carrying the leisure,entertainment,fitness and sports functions of local residents and foreign tourists.
