The online monitoring of spaceborne equipment,integrated system health management and multi payload cooperative detection are the inevitable trend of the future development of deep space exploration technology.The decision-making basis for spacecraft autonomous fault reconstruction and autonomous mission planning is expanding from single variable telemetry to multi variable telemetry across systems,the correlation characteristics between injection command and telemetry data,and autonomous fusion processing of telemetry data and business data.Most of the traditional payload modeling methods focus on the physical principle and behavior characteristics of the payload itself.The payload data generated by modeling can’t reflect the correlation characteristics between telemetry parameters,injection instructions,health management strategies and business data.It is difficult to meet the increasing demand for the self-management technology verification of onboard equipment.Based on the investigation of payload modeling methods at home and abroad,this project is oriented to typical application scenarios such as virtual integration of payload subsystem,virtual test,fault simulation and deduction,and spacecraft autonomous management technology verification.According to the mapping function and payload data association knowledge,it is based on the association knowledge among telemetry variables,injection instructions,business data,and health management strategy to model the payload.The semi-physical simulation system of payload based on correlation knowledge is constructed to verify the engineering usability of the load modeling method based on correlation knowledge in the virtual integration and virtual test of load subsystem.The main contents of this paper are as follows.1)Research on load modeling method based on association knowledge.According to the design description of the payload,the associated knowledge of telemetry data,injection instruction,business data and health management strategy is classified,abstracted and expressed.Six typical designs of onboard equipment,such as correcting the position of the center of gravity of the DN value of spacecraft Autonomous image,are taken as the research objects.And the payload modeling based on the associated knowledge is applied methods.The payload models consistent with the six designs are constructed,and the modeling method is applied to the payload controller and the medium resolution camera for model verification;2)The hardware in the loop load simulation system based on the associated knowledge model is constructed.For the typical application scenarios such as virtual test,virtual integration and fault simulation deduction,based on the load model consistent with six typical designs,a hardware in the loop load simulation system is constructed,which is composed of CAN bus data interaction,telemetry data generation,telemetry data framing,self correction of image gravity center position and other modules;3)Experimental verification of load modeling method based on association knowledge.The hardware in the loop simulation system of load is integrated with the physical machine of load controller and the simulation equipment of satellite platform to construct the application scenario of virtual integration and virtual test.According to the telemetry data generated by the hardware in the loop simulation system,the response to the remote control command and the self correction of the image center position,the conformity between the hardware in the loop simulation system and six typical designs is verified,which shows that the load modeling method based on the associated knowledge has certain engineering application value.
