| This topic originated from the major special project of the Ministry of Science and Technology"China Fusion Engineering Experimental Reactor Device Overall Integration and Engineering Design(2017YFE0300503)",the research object of this article is selected from the fusion reactor vacuum vessel.The fusion reactor vacuum vessel is a behemoth with a sophisticated and complex structure.In order to achieve its functions and ensure smooth installation and integration,tolerance analysis of the various components and overall integration of the device is required.This article will refer to the integration of the International Fusion Experimental Reactor ITER,and based on the results of the existing literature,propose a design plan for the integration process of the fusion reactor vacuum vessel,and at the same time carry out tolerance design and analysis of the integration.The main research is as follows:1.Analyze the theoretical basis.Through the definition of the datum and the calculation of the dimensional chain,the selection and theoretical calculation basis of the assembly tolerance positioning datum of the fusion reactor vacuum vessel,which is the research object of this article,are determined.Through the combination of the six-point positioning theory and the spatial three-dimensional tolerance model,and the application of CETOL 6σsoftware,It provides a theoretical basis for the design and analysis of the integration tolerance of the fusion reactor vacuum vessel.2.Design an assembly tolerance plan.The integration process of the fusion reactor vacuum vessel is designed,the positioning datum is selected,and the tolerance model is simplified and established.Taking the thickness tolerance of the 1/16 sector PS3 section as an example,the theoretical calculation and CETOL software simulation analysis are carried out.By comparing the two analyses,the correctness of the method is verified,and the reliability of the feature tolerances in this paper is determined.The basis of tolerance allocation in this article.3.Analyze the tolerance plan.According to the calculation result of the tolerance and the target value,the tolerance is adjusted to adjust the sensitivity and contribution of the large tolerance in the vacuum vessel.Based on the modern technology level and cost,the structural correction section FJ is added.The circumferential width of FJ is 500-468)8),used to compensate the influence of the part tolerance and assembly tolerance of the vacuum vessel,thus completing the assembly tolerance analysis of the entire fusion reactor vacuum vessel.By calculating and optimizing the tolerance of the 1/4 sector of the fusion reactor vacuum vessel,the cumulative tolerance of the longitudinal 1/4 sector is±88)8),the radial1/4 sector cumulative tolerance is±88)8),and the circumferential 1/4 sector cumulative tolerance is achieved±168)8).Provided constructive suggestions for the smooth realization of the integration of the entire vacuum vessel. |
