| At present,with the continuous development of air transport industry,the air traffic is increasing year by year.In order to ensure that the aircraft can fly safely in the gradually congested channel,it is necessary to improve the accuracy of aviation surveillance information.The fusion of aviation surveillance information can accurately obtain the position of the target aircraft by fusing the surveillance information of the target aircraft from one or more surveillance sources.The fusion effect largely determines the accuracy of aviation surveillance information.In the aspect of aviation surveillance information fusion,Kalman filter algorithm is widely used at present.In the case of large amount of data,the algorithm has the problems of high parameter accuracy and insensitive to noise.Therefore,this paper proposes and implements two new aviation surveillance information fusion algorithms to replace Kalman filter,which are multi neural network algorithm based on radar residual training and multi radar fusion algorithm based on optimized AdaBoost.The multi neural network algorithm based on residual training of radar is proposed and implemented in this paper.The monitoring information of single radar is fused to reduce the error of single radar monitoring.The experiment shows that the fusion effect of the algorithm is better than the original radar data and Kalman filter algorithm,and can effectively improve the accuracy of the fusion.This paper also proposes and implements a multi radar fusion algorithm based on the optimization AdaBoost,which improves the fusion accuracy by fusing the monitoring information of the multi radar.The algorithm is based on the multi neural network algorithm based on radar residual training.By integrating multiple neural network models,the accuracy of fusion is further improved.The final fusion effect of the algorithm is better than that of single radar,and the accuracy of fusion can be further improved on the basis of single radar fusion.On the basis of the fusion algorithm,this paper designs and implements the aviation surveillance information fusion system.The main function of the system is to analyze and process the data of aviation surveillance information,fuse the data after analysis and display the fusion results.In order to prove the correctness of the system and the effectiveness of the fusion algorithm in the fusion system,this paper conducts a comprehensive test on the system. |
