| With the new types of armored equipment used in the army,it always takes the huge performance improvement at the expense of sharply increasing on use,maintenance and support consumption.Therefore,the research on the condition monitoring and prognostics technology for armored equipment fault has been an effectively solution for those problems and the power for promoting the transformation of equipment maintenance support mode.In this paper,as an example of the application of condition monitoring and prognostics technology for a certain type of armored equipment,a prototype of "condition monitoring and prognostic system for a certain armored equipment" is developed based on the comparation of the existing prognostics technology and the electrical system structure and system fault mechanism of armored equipment.This paper systematically describes the electrical system structure and system fault mechanism for armored equipment,make the system structure and hardware design of condition monitoring and prognostic system for a certain armored equipment prototype based on technical route of prognostics technology for armored equipment fault.Described the working principle and writing ideas of embedded data processing software and equipment data analysis software.Carried out tests and analysis on the armored equipment.The main contents of the study includes two aspects.1.Condition monitoring and prognostics technology theory: define the conditions and basis of prognostics technology through the analysis of electrical structure and fault mechanism,choose the prognostics technology method by methods and theories study on existing technology.2.Application research on condition monitoring and prognostic technology: take the application research on prognostic algorithm based on the combination of data-driven and probability statistics,explore the optimization methods on combined Markov algorithm and simulated anneal algorithm.Carry outthe prototype function tests for the specific armored equipment.After the actual comprehensive test,the prototype of "condition monitoring and prognostic system for a certain armored equipment" has been proved to accurating monitoring of real-time operation status of equipment,finding the existing system faults,analysing and judging the fault development trend effectively,realize the condition monitoring and prognostics technology for armored equipment fault,provide a strong support for PHM. |
