With the rapid development of science and technology in the 21st century,UAV industry has been widely used in all walks of life.It has incomparable advantages and plays a huge role.With the rapid growth of the number of UAVs,there are various kinds of accidents.The safety of UAVs has been promoted to the key point of application.In addition to improving the performance of the UAV itself,the research of UAV health diagnosis technology has a unique advantage in improving the safety,because the UAV will collect a large number of flight data in the flight process.Through the research and interpretation of these data,the failure trend can be predicted and the safety of the UAV can be improved.If we can establish a method and design a software to process flight data in real time and carry out health diagnosis,it will be very important.This paper mainly studies this problem,establishes the method,compiles the software,and realizes its engineering application value.First of all,this paper analyzes the fault principle and characteristics of UAV,expounds and analyzes the methods and characteristics of current health diagnosis technology,and determines the specific objectives and directions of research issues.Secondly,combined with the overall design requirements,the expert system is selected as the theoretical model,the forward reasoning mode based on rules is designed,the fault knowledge base of each system of UAV is established,and the design of reasoning machine is completed.Then,this paper use Python language to complete the software implementation of the design concept,complete the programming of UAV health diagnosis software,design the human-computer interface,and transform the interpretation rules and knowledge base into software language.It realizes the real-time solution and interpretation of the data,and gives the alarm for the fault,and gives the processing suggestions.Finally,a perfect test scheme was designed for the software,which verifies the reliability,accuracy and practicability of the software.The single test,joint test and optimization of the system functions were completed.Through many practical engineering applications,it further embodies the software’s excellence in data interpretation accuracy,fault judgment ability and so on.The system can greatly improve the flight safety of UAV,reduce the pressure and knowledge requirements of operators,and has great engineering application value.
