Research On Capital Structure Of M Electric Appliance Company

With the slogan "made in China 2025" put forward,adhering to innovation driven,quality first,green development,structural optimization and talent oriented,accelerating the transformation from a big manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country has become the guide of "supply side reform" of manufacturing enterprises.Large manufacturing enterprises actively comply with the national development trend,keep up with the pace of the times,adjust their development ideas,in order to speed up the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.At the same time,the transformation and development of enterprises will inevitably need a lot of funds,so how to improve the quality of financing and keep the capital structure within a reasonable range has become an important issue for manufacturing enterprises to achieve transformation and upgrading and value growth.In this paper,M electric company as a research,using literature analysis and comparative analysis,the capital structure of its research.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction,describes the research background,research purpose and significance,research review at home and abroad,research content and research methods.The second part is an overview of related theories.This paper expounds the concept of capital structure,the influencing factors of capital structure and the theoretical basis of capital structure.The third part is the general situation and capital structure of M electric company.This paper briefly introduces the general situation of M electric company,focuses on the current situation of the capital structure of the enterprise,and mainly analyzes composition of total assets,debt structure and equity structure.The fourth part is the capital structure problems and causes of M electric company.Based on the current situation of the capital structure of M electric company,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the capital structure of M electric company,and finds out that the overall scale of liabilities of M electric company is too high,the proportion of short-term liabilities is too large,and the equity structure is unbalanced.It is found that the main reasons for the capital structure problems of M electric appliance company are the weak internal financing ability,narrow financing channels,project investment decision-making mistakes and corporate governance structure to be improved.The fifth part is the suggestion of capital structure improvement of M electric company.Combined with the problems and causes of M electric company,the paper proposes countermeasures to improve the capital structure of M electric company,such as improving the ability of internal financing,broadening financing channels,perfecting incentive mechanism and introducing strategic investors.Based on the actual development of the enterprise,this paper studies the capital structure of M electric company by using the concept and theoretical basis of capital structure,so as to help the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise in the future.
