In recent years,with the booming economy,our country has made great progress in transportation.There are more and more bridges built under complex terrain and existing traffic lines.If bridges are built using traditional methods,it will not only affect existing traffic.The route has an impact,and the construction efficiency is not high,so the method of turning construction to build the bridge came into being.As the key component of the bridge swivel,the spherical hinge can rotate smoothly,safely and effectively during the rotation,which affects the effect of the swivel construction,and the lubricating material is one of the key factors affecting the rotation of the spherical hinge.Therefore,the improvement and optimization of the lubricating material for the rotating spherical hinge is extremely critical.This article starts with the friction coefficient between the lubricating material,the lubricating material between the lubricating material and the material of the sliding block of the spherical hinge friction pair,and studies the lubrication characteristics between the lubricating material of the rotating bridge,and then provides guidance for actual engineering projects.Firstly,the finite element model of spherical contact on swivel bridge is established.Through solving the model calculation results by using finite element method,the relationship between the rotation efficiency of spherical hinge and the friction coefficient,as well as the relationship between the overall anti overturning performance of bridge and the friction coefficient between spherical hinge are analyzed.Finally,the relationship between the rotation efficiency of swivel bridge and the anti overturning stability of bridge and the friction coefficient is obtained The best friction coefficient range of the bridge makes the rotation traction more reasonable and the rotation process safer.Then,the lubricating materials between the lubricating material are optimized.Based on the reasonable range of the friction coefficient obtained above,the lubricating materials are found.According to the actual engineering and environmental characteristics,three kinds of grease with different lubricating additives are prepared and tested.The friction and wear characteristics,viscosity and compatibility of the grease with three kinds of additives are tested and analyzed The final replacement material.Finally,the compression stress and shear stress of the sliding block material of the spherical hinge friction pair are tested.The analysis results show that peek can be used as a substitute material for PTFE sliding block.In the friction process of the rotary bridge scale model,peek has better bearing capacity and shear strength,and can adapt to the use requirements of more and more large tonnage rotary bridge.
