| With the development of the world,problems in energy and environment have become more and more prominent,clean energy is widely used such as wind power,photovoltaic power and energy sources.In order to solve these probles,the concept of virtual power plants has been proposed.It can well aggregate uncontrollable clean energy and improve the stability of energy supply.Based on this,this paper studied the optimal scheduling of virtual power plant.The main research work of the thesis is as follows:First,Analyzing the characteristics and principles of each wind and solar power generation,controllable power generation and battery energy storage unit in VPP power,and establishing the relevant mathematical models.On this basis,constructing the scheduling model of virtual power plant with maximum system operation benefit and minimum environmental cost as optimization objectives is constructed;Secondly,the whale algorithm is used to solve the VPP model in this paper.Firstly,analyzing the principle of whale algorithm.As the problem of slow convergence speed and low convergence accuracy in the process of algorithm optimization,proposing the method of changing control parameters to improved the whale algorithm.The results show that the performance of the improved algorithm is improved,In the process of searching the optimal value,the convergence speed and convergence accuracy are improved.Then,the VPP optimal scheduling strategy considering real-time price is designed to analyze the operation strategy of each energy unit in VPP.According to the strategy,the implementation process of improved whale algorithm in VPP optimal scheduling is designed;Finally,establishing a simulation case according to the established model.This paper used two scenarios to analyze the feasibility and superiority of scheduling model and improved algorithm.The optimal scheduling of VPP is carried out with economic benefits as the objective.The whale algorithm and the improved algorithm are used to solve the optimization results of the maximum economic benefits respectively.The results show that the speed and accuracy of the improved algorithm are further improved.The output power of micro gas turbine in VPP is significantly reduced after considering the environmental cost,and analyzing the impact of prediction error on the economic benefits.The results show that the accurate prediction of uncontrollable energy is conducive to the improvement of the economic benefits of VPP. |
