With the continuous improvement of the functional requirements of the building structure system in modern society,the building structure system continues to develop in the direction of super-high,large-span and heavy load.The conventional steel structure and concrete-filled steel tube structure obviously can not meet the requirements of the bearing capacity and ductility of the building structure.Therefore,based on steel structure and concrete-filled steel tube structure,this paper proposes a kind of H-section honeycomb composite column with rectangular concrete-filled steel tube flange.The composite column is mainly composed of two rectangular concrete-filled steel tubular columns connected by honeycomb steel webs:the core concrete bears the three-dimensional compressive stress from the steel tube,so as to improve the stability of the column;the existence of concrete can reduce or delay the local buckling of the steel tube,and prolong the service life of the column;the honeycomb steel webs can not only make the building structure more beautiful,but also reduce the cost Self weight of structure.It can be seen that this kind of composite column has a broad application prospect in heavy-duty and super high-rise buildings,and the research on its mechanical properties has important theoretical significance and practical value.Due to the lack of research on the mechanical properties of this kind of composite columns at home and abroad,the following research topics are carried out in this paper.Due to the lack of research on the mechanical properties of this kind of composite columns at home and abroad,the following research topics are carried out in this paper:1.The finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the axial compression test of14 H-section honeycomb short columns with rectangular concrete-filled steel tube flange and the eccentric compression test of 15 concrete-filled square steel tube middle long columns.The load vertical displacement curve and load lateral deflection curve of the specimens are obtained respectively.Compared with the existing test data,the correctness of the finite element model is verified.On this basis,the expansion parameter analysis of 17 composite columns is carried out,the influence of different parameters on the eccentric compression performance of the composite columns is obtained,and the strain distribution and failure mode of the mid span section of the composite columns are analyzed.2.The research on the deflection performance of H-section honeycomb composite column with full-scale rectangular concrete filled steel tube flange is carried out.The parameters of H-section honeycomb composite columns of 33 full-scale rectangular steel tube concrete-filled flange under partial pressure were analyzed by finite element software.The influence of eccentricity,slenderness ratio,compression strength of core concrete at flange,thickness of flange steel pipe,thickness of honeycomb steel web,ratio of hole height,ratio of distance to height and strength of steel tube on the deflection performance of full-scale specimens were investigated.The strain distribution,failure form and deformation of H-section honeycomb composite column with full-scale rectangular concrete-filled steel tube flange are analyzed.3.Based on the mechanical properties of H-shaped section honeycomb composite columns with full-scale rectangular concrete filled steel tube flange under the eccentric load,the mechanism of the eccentric pressure of the composite columns is given.Based on the numerical simulation results,the formula of the deflection bearing capacity of H-shaped section honeycomb composite column with full-scale rectangular concrete-filled steel tube flange is established.4.Based on the full-scale parameter analysis of H-section honeycomb composite column with concrete-filled rectangular steel tube flange,the design suggestions of this kind of composite column are given,which lays the foundation for the application of this kind of composite column in practical engineering.
