Aimed at the rocket measurement and control system,the general operation to accelerate the rocket car close to the running speed in the horizontal track.Because of the track irregularity and other factors,the rocket car will cause lots of vibration.To ensure the measurement and control system can operate stably with nonaffective accuracy,it is necessary to reduce the vibration from car body as much as possible.The fuzzy skyhook control algorithm based on variable domain is presented to control the compound vibration isolator made of magnetorheological elastomer(MRE)vibration isolator and piezoelectric shunt damping circuit(PSDC).This paper can be divided into three parts.(1)Discussed how combined isolator with MRE and PDSC works.Their mathematical models were constructed after theoretical analysis.The MRE structure was designed with magnetic analysis,while the PDSC parameters were optimized using the method of the transfer function.(2)Designed the structure of the combined isolator and established the mathematical model.Meanwhile,different strategies,including the skyhook control,fuzzy skyhook control and the skyhook fuzzy control based on variable domain,were designed and compared via simulation.The simulating results showed the vibration reduction effect of the combined isolator was better than that of the MRE and PSDC respectively,because the PSDC played a complementary role in the MRE isolator.Compared with the skyhook control and fuzzy skyhook control,the variable domain-based fuzzy skyhook control strategy can reduce the amplitude of the isolated equipment more effectively.(3)Tested the combined vibration isolation system with the test bench.The testing results showed the vibration isolation effect of the actual test was consistent with the simulating results.It indicated the combined vibration isolator with the designed control strategy could reduce the vibration transmitted to the isolated equipment with practical application and good effectiveness.
