With the diversification of customer needs,the rapid development of the market and the increasingly emerging trend of economic and social changes,the traditional single-variety mass production model is difficult to meet the diversified needs of the market.Under this trend,the multi-variety and small-batch production model The advantages are highlighted.Mixed-flow production is a typical representative of multi-variety and small-batch production in terms of order-oriented production.Mixed-flow production through regular division of production tasks and reasonable organization and sequencing,under the premise of basically maintaining the inherent processing equipment of the production line,appropriate minor adjustments to the processing equipment can achieve different types of products on the same production line For processing and assembly.Its outstanding advantage is that it can not only meet the mass production of a single variety,but also maximize the production capacity of the assembly line to meet the individual production needs of multiple varieties and small batches.Because the mixed-flow assembly line produces a wide range of products,and many different types of products are produced on the same production line,it increases the difficulty of production,increases the complexity of production,and brings a certain negative impact on production efficiency.Therefore,the problem of mixed-flow assembly line scheduling is a topic that needs to be studied and solved urgently.A quick and effective scheduling method can greatly improve the production efficiency of the assembly line and has important practical significance for the production of mixed-flow assembly lines.This article is based on a brief analysis and summary of the scheduling problems of mixedflow assembly lines with multiple varieties and small batches.Aiming at the characteristics of mixed-flow assembly line orders,this article takes the ATO(Assemble To Order)production model as the background and comprehensively considers multiple varieties and small batches.Under the production mode,changes in manufacturing resources,changes in orders,and other major factors that affect production scheduling,establish a maneuverable adaptive production scheduling strategy.For the insertion of urgent orders,the relevant knowledge of the knowledge map is introduced,and the knowledge map of the mixed-flow assembly line order is established through the knowledge extraction of the mixed-flow assembly line and the construction of the ontology,so as to visually show the order and manufacturing resources as well as the company’s benefits.The correlation and degree of correlation are used as the basis for judging the priority order of urgent orders.On this basis,a multi-objective mathematical model for adaptive scheduling of mixed-flow assembly line orders was established to deal with the arrival of new orders,the least total production time for inserting urgent orders,and the least number of delayed orders after inserting orders.Aiming at solving the model,using the solving idea of the dynamic programming method,a model solving algorithm is designed.Finally,the adaptive scheduling model was verified using actual order data from a multi-variety and small-batch smart candy packaging production line.The mathematical model established was solved with Lingo software,and the results were analyzed to verify the proposed article.Effectiveness of the adaptive scheduling model.
