Airports in Northeast,Northwest,and North China have records of adversely affected by ice and snow.To ensure the safety and punctuality of civil aviation airport flights in ice and snow weather,acetate snow melting agents are usually used to remove snow on airport roads.However,the use of acetate deicing agent can cause diseases such as asphalt softening,asphalt film peeling,and loose aggregates,which will seriously affect the service life of asphalt pavement.The damage caused by the use of deicing agent to airport pavement cannot be ignored.In recent years,researchers have applied nanomaterials to research on asphalt modification to improve the performance of asphalt pavements and meet the needs of transportation development.In order to solve the problem that traditional asphalt pavement is easily corroded by acetate snow melting agent,and to ensure the stability of asphalt pavement under aircraft load and acetate snow melting agent,this paper takes nano-modified asphalt and mixtures as the research object.A series of research methods have done a detailed study on the performance changes of nano-modified asphalt and its mixture before and after the effect of sodium acetate snow melting agent.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Through conventional physical performance tests,it is found that 3% nanoZn O has the best modification effect on the base asphalt,and the snow melting effect of sodium acetate snow melting agent is evaluated,the test results show that: 0.20g/m L concentration of acetic acid Sodium solution has the best snow melting effect.(2)Using conventional physical performance tests,the influence of deicing agent concentration on the conventional physical performance indexes of modified asphalt was explored.Based on rheological principles,combined with BBR and DSR tests,the rheological properties of asphalt under the action of sodium acetate snow melting agent were studied.The results show that under the same sodium acetate solution concentration,the nano-modified asphalt has better performance and is less affected by the sodium acetate solution.(3)The mechanism of asphalt erosion by sodium acetate solution was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy test and infrared spectroscopy test.The research results show that chemical reactions occur between nano-Zn O and asphalt,and the two combine to form a stable structure,acetate ions cause the asphalt to emulsify and reduce its bonding ability.(4)Through the water-immersion Marshall test,rutting test and low-temperature trabecular bending test,the changes of the moisture stability,high-temperature rutting resistance and low-temperature crack resistance of each asphalt mixture before and after the action of different concentrations of sodium acetate solution are explored.The test results show that the nano-modified asphalt mixture has more excellent technical properties under the same sodium acetate solution concentration.Studies have shown that sodium acetate snow melting agent has an adverse effect on the technical properties of asphalt and asphalt mixtures,but nano-modified asphalt and modified asphalt mixtures are less affected by snow melting agents.Therefore,in order to prolong the service life of asphalt pavement mixtures,nano modified asphalt mixture can be used as pavement material. |
