| There are many regions of two-phase flow,and the constant study of internal and alien scholars has verified the magnitude of two-phase flow research.For the past few years,letter and technique have developed rapidly in the secure proceeding of pipeline power device,and unstable factors will cause unsteady vibration of the pipeline,so the current research on pipeline vibration mainly includes rolling,undulating and transverse vibration Situation.However,there are few researches on the transverse vibration state,which is not enough to support the engineering requisition,and the research on the gas-liquid two-phase flow in the oscillation proceeded by using the numerical imitate technique is even less.Based on the above,both the research of gas-liquid two-phase flow in level pipe and the research of vibration channel with the help of numerical simulation platform have theoretical research and pragmatic engineering meaning.First of all,CFD simulation method was determined to be used to complete the simulation of two-phase flow.A summary analysis was made of commercial CFD software that was widely used and used many times in the literature.Fluent was selected as the software platform for this simulation based on its own simulation requirements and actual hardware and software conditions.Gambit was selected to complete the pre-processing process,which mainly included the configuration of physical model and mesh division,horizontal pipeline construction and unstructured mesh division.The model setting process primarily includes the selection of former,the setting of border conditions and the choice of solver,which completes the construction of the former.Secondly,the model is used to simulate the gas-liquid two-phase flow in a level tube under lateral vibration.Through the simulation results obtained under different gas semblable velocity and fluid semblable velocity of the flow format,identify the flow pattern,classification,and according to the classification map flow pattern,marked on the graphics transformation line,with the help of origin platform,quantitative analysis to the change of transformation line,and then through the double element analysis of discord research of vibration parameters on the gas liquid two phase flow model.Finally,through the analysis of the comparative study of different vibrational state mean type,the transverse vibration of the influence of two phase flow has a better understanding,upon completion of the lateral vibration state,change the custom function,realize the horizontal tube rolling vibration and the vibration condition of gas liquid two phase flow simulation,mainly analysis the type of flow pattern and flow pattern transformation line,the change rule of the convective region area changes were analyzed,flow pattern difference and interface change rule are obtained.The above conclusions further improve the simulation of gas-liquid two-phase flow in horizontal pipe under transverse vibration,and furnish reference for the study of two-phase flow under nonlinear vibration,and bring certain reference value for factual engineering application. |
