The water diversion projects are major strategic measures to realize the optimal allocation of national water resources.The projects are usually across multiple river basins and regions with complex geological and environmental conditions.They are the main sources of water for important cities and regions along the route and have high requirements for water supply guarantee.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to repair the damaged water supply pipe.In order to improve the efficiency of continuous water repair and repair of pressure pipelines after being damaged by borehole,a new method of polymer film bag grouting for triggered umbrellala has been developed.This method is based on polymer grouting technology,the self-developed triggered umbrellalla grouting steel tube is used as skeleton support,then,the charac teristics of rapid reaction expansion of polymer materials are utilized to block leakage quickly with form embolization.Based on this,to explore the applicability of this technology in detail,in this paper,three aspects are studied,which are the influencing factors of the sealing effect of the trigger-type umbrella braced polymer film bag grouting technology,the shear property between the polymer film bag and concrete,and the mechanical property of the solidified body during service after the grouting sealing completion.The main results are as follows:(1)Based on polymer grouting technology,the triggered umbrellal-shaped braced grouting steel tube was developed.Aiming at the problem of continuous water repair under pressure after water delivery cul-pipe was damaged,a set of triggered umbrellal-shaped braced polymer film bag grouting construction technology was formed.(2)Developed with pressurized water pipe culvert polymer membrane bag sealing test model,this paper studied the different water pressure and leak hole diameter on the influence of polymer dumbbell solidified body density,under different water pressure and leak hole diameter and the compressive properties of the polymer solidified body and permeability characteristics,the results show that water pressure leak smaller hole diameter is,the greater the volume density of solidification,the greater the polymer solidified body,the higher the compressive strength,and high polymer solidified body seepage pressure is larger.(3)The interface between the polymer and the culvert is the key to affect the blocking effect.The effect of shear rate,vertical load and interface roughness on the interface shear performance was studied with polymer slurry injection bag and concrete as the research object.The results show that the peak value of interface shear stress and its corresponding shear displacement decrease with the increase of shear rate.The peak value of interfacial shear stress and its corresponding shear displacement increase with the increase of vertical load.The peak value of interface shear stress increases with the increase of interface roughness.(4)To explore the impact load under the joint action of water pressure and water polymer solidified body under load distribution,to analyze the durability of polymer embolism,use the STAR-CCM+software,the influence of different solidified diameter and different water transfer pressure on the reference point stress of solidified polymer was studied,the results show that the stress of reference point in AB and CD increases with the increase of water pressure and the diameter of solidified solid.
