The underground garage structure should bear the load transmitted by the upper building,the soil acting on it,and consider the earthquake load,the surrounding water pressure and the earth pressure.Different structure forms correspond to different stress forms,different cost and different use conditions.Based on the design of underground garage in Shanxi genetic diagnosis and drug research and development base project,five common underground garage structures are discussed respectively: Cast-in-place cross beam slab structure,cast-in-situ beam free slab structure,cast-in-situ rib beam hollow core plate structure,assembly type rib beam hollow core composite plate structure,concrete-filled cross beam plate structure,and the overall structure of these five structures is discussed by Midas finite element software The analysis of the deformation and internal force of each component unit is carried out.At the same time,the elastic-plastic pushover test is simulated,and the comparison of the four structural costs and construction technology is made by using the pricing software of Guanglianda.Finally,the conclusion is drawn through comprehensive selection.From the structural performance analysis,the cast-in-place beam free slab structure is between the column and the plate,which is severely cut,the stress is concentrated,the cast-in-place cross beam plate structure is the second,the concrete-filled cross beam plate structure,the cast-in-situ rib beam hollow core plate structure and the assembled rib beam hollow core composite plate structure are closer to the linear distribution,which is more reasonable.Compared with other four types of structure,cast-in-place beam free slab structure has the largest net height.From the aspect of structure cost and material loss,the engineering cost of assembly type rib beam hollow core laminated plate structure and cast-in-place rib beam hollow core plate structure is general,but it saves the construction materials most,and it is green,energy saving and environmental protection,which meets the safety requirements.The cast-in-place cross beam slab structure is the second;the cost of cast-in-place beam free slab structure and concrete-filled steel tubular cross beam slab structure is relatively high,the project cost is large,the consumption of steel bar and concrete is large,and material is not saved.From the construction period and construction technology,the hollow core body in the floor of cast-in-place rib beam hollow core plate structure and assembly type hollow core laminated plate structure has hollow core in the floor,which reduces the structure weight and saves the use of steel bars and concrete,which conforms to the green,environmental protection and building guidance advocated by the state.The structure of assembly rib beam laminated plate is highly factory-made.The floor can be prefabricated in the manufacturing plant in advance,without supporting formwork on site,saving formwork and labor costs and accelerating construction period.The manufacturing efficiency of the factory is higher than that of the construction site,the quality control of the components is higher,the construction materials and the precious and narrow space on the site are saved.From the aspect of performance and construction management,the size of cast-in-place beam free slab structure and cast-in-place cross beam structure is small,the space is large,beautiful and beautiful,and it is convenient for the later pipeline and electrical layout.Although the practical performance of the cast-in-place rib beam hollow core plate structure and the assembled rib beam hollow core laminated plate structure is not as prominent as the above two,the difference is not big,the green effect of the hollow core plate is better,the self weight is small,and it meets the design requirements completely and conforms to the original design intention.In terms of construction management,the technology requirements of formwork support and formwork removal of cast-in-place rib beam hollow core plate structure are high,and the construction management is difficult.The assembly type rib beam hollow core laminated plate structure is different,and it does not need formwork support,so it does not need to be removed,and the cost is reduced.
