As one of the most effective means of material processing in recent years,ultrasonic processing technology has higher and higher requirements for processing accuracy and power.The ultrasonic power supply is the energy provider in the ultrasonic processing system,which drives the transducer to work by generating a voltage pulse signal.This article starts with theory and experiment,and designs an ultrasonic power supply based on ARM and Z source network.This article mainly carries out the following work.(1)Explains the background of the existing ultrasonic processing technology and ultrasonic generator,as well as the existing shortcomings and areas that need to be improved,and analyzes in detail the current research status of the ultrasonic generator and the Z-source inverter,and combines the actual development needs to put forward The main content and technical route of this article.(2)Starting from the circuit topology of the ultrasonic generator,combined with the optimized structure of the circuit topology of the Z-source inverter,a detailed analysis of the through state and non-through state of the Z-source network is carried out.The addition of the Z-source network can avoid dead time and dead zone compensation.The setting of,reduce the difficulty of control,and study the modulation technology of PWM wave in its drive circuit through its special working principle.(3)Conduct circuit design analysis on the main circuit of the ultrasonic generator.Determine the required functions that each circuit can achieve,use Altium Designer software to draw and give the corresponding circuit schematic diagram.Design and optimize the TC4420 EPA drive circuit.(4)Simulink simulation and experimental testing of the ultrasonic generator.First,the Simulink platform is used to simulate the ultrasonic generator system,and the PID double closed loop control system is simulated and tested,and the results are analyzed to verify the advantages of the double closed loop system in terms of waveform quality and system stability.Finally,the circuit experiment platform of the ultrasonic generator is constructed,the output test is performed in the laboratory,and the experimental output waveform is analyzed to verify that the ultrasonic generator system works stably,achieves the expected effect,and meets the design requirements.
