| With the extensive use of bridge cranes in engineering,the probability of engineering accidents has also increased.According to relevant investigations,most of the accidents of bridge cranes are caused by the fracture of the metal structure.The metal structure of the bridge crane is mainly welded by various plates.When the bridge crane is subjected to different loads in daily work,the defects of the welding position will cause cracks and even damage the structure,so the safety performance of the welded structure.It will directly affect the performance and safety of the whole machine.Aiming at the fatigue life of bridge crane welding structure,this article takes KD2.9t-6m-2.9m crane produced by a certain company in Tianjin as the main research object.The research content is as follows:(1)Build a three-dimensional model of the structure according to the drawings provided by the company.Using ANSYS software to carry out finite element analysis on the bridge part of the bridge crane.Based on two typical working conditions,the bridge crane bridge is loaded,and the stress distribution and displacement of the bridge under the two working conditions are calculated.According to the finite element calculation results,the dangerous parts of the bridge structure are determined.(2)Analyzed the characteristics of the welded structure and the standards and specifications for the fatigue strength evaluation of welded joints.Based on the research of the bridge crane structure,combined with the finite element analysis technology,the hot spot stress method and the nominal stress method are used to evaluate the fatigue life of the bridge crane main girder structure.Comparing the fatigue life assessment results of the two methods,the result calculated by the hot spot stress method is closer to the actual situation than the result calculated by the nominal stress method.(3)Analyzing the design requirements and design principles of the bridge crane structure monitoring system,based on the C# language and Visual Studio2010,the system’s information management module,data acquisition module,and video monitoring module are Analyze the design requirements and design principles of the bridge crane structure monitoring system,and develop the functional modules of the system based on C# language and Visual Studio2010.After testing,the system can basically complete the monitoring of the bridge crane structure. |
