| As an important component in industrial production,its failure will have a great impact on production efficiency and equipment safety.Real-time monitoring of mechanical equipment status means long time continuous sampling,generating a large number of equipment status data,on the one hand,it will bring great pressure to the monitoring system to store and transmit,on the other hand,Redundant data can cause great waste of storage.Compression sensing,as a new compression sampling technology,can recover the running state information of mechanical equipment in the upper computer only by collecting a small amount of compressed measurement values,which can not only effectively relieve the pressure of data storage and transmission.When the signal is lost in the transmission process,the original signal can be restored to the maximum extent.In view of the above problems of health monitoring of mechanical equipment and the characteristics of compression perception,this paper studies the application of compression perception technology in wireless vibration monitoring.The main work is as follows:Firstly,three key problems in the theory of compression sensing and the design of compression sensing algorithm are analyzed,and the methods of sparse representation of vibration signals are studied,including standard orthogonal basis,complete dictionary and super complete dictionary with dictionary learning ability.Then,the hardware circuit of wireless vibration system is designed according to the principle of compression sensing sampling and compression,and the functions needed to be realized by the system are analyzed and divided into modules to ensure that the hardware can support the function of sampling and storage of the monitoring system.Finally,the sparse dictionary design,measurement matrix design and reconstruction algorithm design are carried out for vibration signals of mechanical equipment,and the wireless vibration monitoring system model based on compression sensing technology is constructed.The vibration data repair method based on compression sensing technology is proposed.The system is verified by experiments and the recovery of vibration signals under different packet loss rates is analyzed.Experiments show that the wireless vibration monitoring system based on compression sensing can reconstruct the original signal with less data,which greatly reduces the pressure of system storage and transmission,and when the signal is lost in wireless transmission,the compression sensing algorithm can recover the original signal by using the coherence between atoms to repair the incomplete vibration signal. |
