With the continuous deepening of the research on gearboxes,people’s requirements for gearboxes are becoming more and more stringent,with higher speed and load,and lighter weight.When the maximum speed of the gearbox reaches 3000 r/min,it is called a high-speed gearbox.High-speed gearboxes are usually used in relatively high-end mechanical equipment.The vibration and noise problems of high-speed gearboxes have a particularly prominent impact on high-end equipment,not only affecting the machinery The transmission accuracy and service life of the equipment also greatly affect the comfort of people’s use.Therefore,seeking an optimization solution for vibration and noise reduction suitable for high-speed straight-tooth bevel gearboxes is of great significance to the in-depth study of gearboxes.This paper takes a high-speed spur bevel gearbox as the research object,and conducts research on the problem of excessive vibration and noise.First,a three-dimensional model of the gearbox is established,modal analysis is performed by ANSYS,and the modalities which need to be analyzed is determined.Then,the gearbox transmission system model is imported into ADAMS,and performed dynamic analysis,this model’s meshing curve and meshing force spectrum and other data can be obtained.Basing on modal analysis and vibration response analysis,LMS can be used to solve and calculate the vibration and noise of a high-speed spur bevel gearbox system.The research object is the wall thickness of the gearbox,and the objective function of optimization is the surface sound pressure level of the gearbox.After the constraints are determined,the optimization solution calculation is performed.The focus is to use the APDL language to write the gearbox optimization program,perform optimization solutions,and obtain the best optimization plan of the gearbox.In order to verify the feasibility of the vibration and noise simulation program in this article,this program is used to simulate the selected experimental cases,and the modal analysis and radiation noise calculation results of the experimental case gearbox are obtained.The maximum relative error of the natural frequency is1.88,and the maximum level error of the field point sound pressure is 2.3%.The results indicat that the vibration and noise simulation program can be used to compare the noise level to verify the optimization results before and after optimization.The modal analysis results show that the normal operating frequency of the gearbox is between 2200Hz-2500 Hz,normal operation is determined between fifth and sixth modes.The engagement curve and engagement force spectrum obtained by kinetic analysis show that the engagement frequency or frequency occurs at its peaks.Acoustic analysis shows that the main fluctuation of the field point acoustic pressure level curve is between 15 d B and 35 d B,but the peaks occur near the engagement frequency,the peaks can be extracted as the maximum feature of sound pressure level for comparative analysis.After completing the optimization calculation,comparing the vibration noise before and after the optimization,the sound pressure level of the optimized gear box field point decreased by more than 8%,the sound pressure level of each frequency drops by about 4d B.The research in this paper proves that it is practical and effective to use APDL language to write the optimization program of gearbox to optimize vibration and noise.When studying the vibration and noise reduction of spur bevel gearbox,you can write the optimization program to get a more suitable optimization program.
