With the expeditious development of the native thriftiness,China is beginning to little by little pay attention to the shelter of household living circumstances,such as invention of metropolitan landscape,reconstruction of inborn environment and biology environment plan.With the development of social economy and Ecology,the traditional financial analysis model can not reflect the financial information of the enterprise completely and accurately.So in order to meet the needs of business leaders and managers to find their own market position and grasp the current financial situation of enterprises,Harvard analysis framework appears in people’s vision.For the garden industry,the choice of the correct and effective means of financial analysis has a decisive role.Based on the data and information provided by the Harvard Analysis Framework and related reports,this study takes the Oriental Gardens as the research object and makes a comprehensive analysis and research from the perspectives of strategy and prospect,then form the rational understanding and suggestion that is advantageous to the enterprise development.Based on the framework of Harvard analysis,the research results are obtained in the field of financial analysis of Oriental Gardens.First of all,it briefly introduces the theoretical and practical background of the research,explains the purpose and value of the research,and summarizes the theoretical achievements of financial analysis and Harvard analysis framework at home and abroad,at the same time,the research contents,methods and achievements are briefly evaluated.Secondly,from the angle of concept explanation,the paper makes clear the inherent meaning and relevant information of financial analysis,traditional analysis method and old defect,Harvard analysis frame,etc.Third,we analyze the delineate of Oriental Garden and elucidate the basic circumstance of Oriental Garden from three views of the company’s summary,management and monetary situation.Then,the Harvard Analysis Framework is fully applied to the financial analysis of the Oriental Gardens as the main body.First,This paper analyzes the Strategic Development Direction of Oriental Gardens by using three analysis models of Porter’s five forces,PEST and SWTO.The second is bookkeeping investigation.This section identify and study the main accounting measures and accounting evaluations of oriental gardens,and valuated the effect of accounting work in oriental gardens.Third,the financial analysis,based on the Oriental Garden debt-paying Ability,operation level,profit level,development potential,cash flow and other practical situation for vertical analysis and horizontal analysis.The results of the above analysis forecast the later risks and evolution possibilities of oriental gardens.Finally,in concurrence with existing difficulties in oriental gardens,this paper propose a equivalent proposal,hoping to have the significance of quotation for future evolution of oriental gardens.
