Under the trend of economic globalization,China’s economic development has also made a qualitative leap,followed by a substantial increase in the market demand of the aviation industry,investors began to pay more attention to the aviation field,and the aviation industry is booming.The continuous increase of the government’s support policy for private aviation and the reduction of the industry access standards have created excellent development space for private aviation.The demand of civil aviation market is gradually strong.Although the booming development momentum of private aviation and its unique competitive advantage challenge the existing business of state-owned airlines,up to now,the three state-owned airlines are still far ahead of private airlines.In the fierce market competition,if private airlines want to survive and develop,they must focus on their own value chain,analyze its value chain cost composition and optimization scheme,find out the core competitiveness of enterprises,improve the level of cost management,and occupy the market advantage.In this paper,using the methods of literature research,case analysis and field research,we investigate and study China express,introduce the theory of value chain cost management,integrate the theory of value chain and cost management,take the current situation of cost control of China express as the starting point,sort out and analyze the cost management of China express,and then according to the analysis results,provide reference for cost reduction and efficiency improvement of China express for suggestions.On the one hand,through the analysis of China express value chain cost management,a comprehensive understanding of the cost structure of China express,in this process,the analysis found that the deficiencies of China express cost management.In view of the shortcomings of the cost management of China express,this paper puts forward some optimization suggestions,gives enlightenment to other private airlines,guides private airlines to carry out cost management from the perspective of value chain,and draws new ideas different from the traditional cost management.Based on the theory of value chain and cost management of value chain,this paper constructs the cost value chain of China express,and analyzes the current situation and problems of cost management in each link of the value chain of China express."Value chain" is the central content of this paper.According to the internal value chain,industry value chain and competitor value chain of China express,we determine its value-added and non value-added activities,find out the weakness of China express in cost management,and put forward optimization suggestions for each link of cost management,so as to make it more advantageous in the industry competition.At the same time,in the analysis of the integration of China express cost management,give some new ideas of cost management to other private airlines,by optimizing the value chain and stand in the perspective of the value chain,combined with enterprise development strategy for cost management. |
