Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of information technology and people’s continuous pursuit of a better life,smart home products are becoming more and more popular among the public.At present,smart homes have two outstanding problems: one is that their standards have not been unified,making it difficult to interconnect and interoperate between smart home devices;the other is that a large number of smart home devices have security vulnerabilities and are vulnerable to attacks,causing privacy leaks and even affecting social stability.In response to these problems,domestic and foreign researchers have proposed some solutions,but there are still some shortcomings.Therefore,it is necessary and significant to study the compatibility and security of smart home systems.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the compatibility of smart home system is studied.Due to the different communication protocols of different types of smart home devices,it is difficult to centrally manage and control smart home systems.This paper analyzes the characteristics,architecture and communication technology of smart homes,proposes a small smart home system framework,builds a small smart home system based on the open source software Home Assistant,and implements home equipment access modules,third-party resource access modules,equipment control modules,The data management module has four main functional modules.Secondly,the security of smart home is studied.This paper analyzes the security threats of smart home in perception layer,transmission layer and application layer,describes the man in the middle attack,denial of service attack and malware attack faced by smart home,and puts forward the security model of smart home system.By analyzing the security requirements of small smart home system,combining the active security defense and passive security defense mechanism,the security framework of small smart home system is proposed,and the security mechanisms of identity authentication,encrypted transmission,access control and intrusion detection are designed to improve the security of small smart home system.Thirdly,the focus is on the intrusion detection mechanism in the small smart home system.First,analyze the characteristics of smart home traffic,propose a hierarchical smart home intrusion detection model,and design each layer of functional modules.At the intrusion detection layer,combining random forest and Light GBM in the machine learning algorithm,a two-layer feature selection algorithm is proposed.This algorithm selects features based on the importance of features,which can improve the performance of the intrusion detection model classifier.Finally,Light GBM is used as the classifier of the intrusion detection model to classify the smart home traffic and realize the identification of attack traffic.Compatibility and safety tests were carried out on small smart home systems.In terms of compatibility: the system can better access and control some smart home devices.In terms of security: the system has the functions of identity authentication,encrypted transmission,and access control,and provides passive security protection capabilities.In addition,the intrusion detection model of the small smart home system is simulated and tested.The experimental data shows that the model can distinguish between normal traffic and malicious traffic,has a high accuracy rate and a low false negative rate,and can identify different types s attack.
