Shield construction method is the most widely used construction method in subway tunnel construction,which has been widely used in subway construction due to its advantages of not affecting normal traffic on the ground and not causing too much impact on the surrounding environment.In the construction of earth shield,it is necessary to control the amount of soil drainage by adjusting the rotating speed of the screw conveyor,so as to keep the balance between the amount of soil drainage and the amount of shield excavation,so as to keep the excavation surface of shield in a stable state.In the actual project,because the excavation is not a single soil layer,it is necessary to adjust the drainage volume of the screw conveyor reasonably according to the actual situation.If the amount of soil discharged is too large,the ground loss of excavation surface will be too large and collapse or cause excessive surface settlement.If the amount of soil discharged is too small,the pressure in the soil chamber will increase rapidly,which will lead to instability of the excavation surface or damage of the surface uplift.Accidents frequently occur due to improper control of soil discharge,so the real-time measurement of soil discharge is very important for the smooth construction of subway tunnel.According to the demand of soil discharge measurement in shield construction,this paper designs a real-time measurement method of soil discharge based on multi-sensor.Simulation experiments were carried out in the laboratory and in the construction site to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.The research contents of this paper include:(1)The existing material measurement technology on the conveyor belt was studied and analyzed.Aiming at the special ballasting process of shield tunneling,a real-time measurement system of soil discharge of shield tunneling based on multiple sensors was proposed.The measuring principle of laser scanner and electronic belt scale is studied.(2)In light of the shortcomings of the measuring precision of laser scanner displacement,studied and analyzed the principle of kalman filtering technique,the laser scanner measurement results and measurement results are integration of electronic belt scale,displacement volume correction model is established and a simulation experiment,verify the data fusion can improve the accuracy of displacement measurement.(3)Combined with the shield construction site environment,the paper studied and designed the overall scheme of the real-time measurement system of the shield drainage volume,selected and designed the hardware components of the measurement system,and designed the system software.(4)On the basis of the above work,a test environment was set up in the laboratory and a simulation experiment was carried out.Experimental results show that this method is feasible.The measurement error on site is within 5%to meet the site requirements.
