| As an indispensable part of mechanical transmission,gear has a long history of use.With the rapid development of science and technology,the application of high precision gear is more and more extensive.How to improve the level of gear machining and testing has become an urgent problem to be solved.Pitch deviation is one of the precision indexes that must be measured by gear.Its value affects the accuracy of gear transmission and the smoothness of transmission process Pitch deviation is a necessary test precision index of gear,and the accuracy of gear transmission and the stability of transmission process will be affected by pitch deviation.Rotary table is an important part of the measuring instrument,its rotation error will inevitably affect the measurement of tooth pitch deviation,thus the measurement results reduce the accuracy.In this paper,the influence of the rotation error of the precision measuring instrument rotary table on the measurement of gear pitch deviation is studied experimentally.Learning more about the current status of tooth pitch deviation measurement and rotary error measurement technology in precision measurement in detail,the following studies were carried out:(1)The gear measuring center rotary table rotary error measuring device is designed,the measurement scheme of rotary error is determined,and the hardware selection and measurement software development are carried out.Then,the developed measuring device is used to measure the rotary errors of the turntable under different working conditions,and the radial rotary errors and inclined rotary errors are analyzed in time domain and frequency domain,which provides a basis for studying the influence of rotary errors on the measurement of tooth pitch deviation.(2)The mathematical model of the influence of the rotary table’s rotation error on the absolute method’s pitch error measurement is established,and the mapping relationship between the single pitch error and the cumulative pitch error and the rotary table’s pitch error is revealed.MATLAB was used to write the simulation program of the influence of rotary error on the absolute method of tooth pitch error measurement,and the correctness of the mathematical model of the influence of rotary error on the absolute method of tooth pitch error measurement was verified by numerical simulation.(3)The mathematical model of the influence of the rotary table’s rotation error on the relative method’s pitch error measurement is established,and the mapping relationship between the single pitch error and the cumulative pitch error and the rotary table’s rotation error is revealed.MATLAB was used to write the simulation program of the influence of rotary error on the absolute method of tooth pitch error measurement,and the correctness of the mathematical model of the influence of rotary error on the absolute method of tooth pitch error measurement was verified by numerical simulation.(4)Design an experimental device that can simultaneously measure the pitch deviation and the rotary error of the turntable and use it to measure the standard spur gear.After eliminating the influence of the rotation error on the measurement results of the tooth pitch deviation,the relative errors of the cumulative tooth pitch deviation of both the absolute method and the relative method are reduced,which verifies the correctness of the mathematical model. |
