The development of economic globalization and economic integration has promoted the close contact and exchange between countries.With the continuous development and expansion of civil aviation transportation industry,the development trend and demand of international flights continue to increase.Polar route is put forward and put into operation in this context.From the initial four to dozens of polar routes available for selection,it reflects the commercial value and great potential of polar operation.However,the fast convergence of latitude and longitude in polar region,bad natural geographical conditions,complex and changeable magnetic field environment will lead to compass orientation,inertial navigation and radio navigation can not work continuously under polar conditions,and ensure the safety of flight navigation.In order to solve the problem of navigation safety in polar region,the available data are mainly optimized for inertial navigation,and a variety of different navigation arrangement or reference coordinate system are proposed.However,there is no systematic research on the navigation means of civil aviation application,which leads to the risk of navigation safety for civil aviation passengers in polar operation.In view of the above problems,this paper selects the horizontal coordinate system,and on the basis of improving the horizontal coordinate system,the solution equation of inertial navigation is derived,and the integrated navigation system model is established and the mathematical simulation is carried out.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the understanding and introduction of the dispatch and release of polar flight and the monitoring situation,the paper sorted out the communication and navigation safety problems of polar operation flights,and thus led to the research of navigation system.(2)Based on the introduction of inertial navigation system and GPS system,on the basis of mastering the theoretical basis,system constitution,working principle and solution method,the paper discusses the characteristics and filtering structure of different combination modes of GPS/INS integrated navigation system,and deduces several different filtering principles and solution process.(3)On the basis of the above research work,the GPS / INS integrated navigation model based on horizontal coordinate system is established,and the state equation and measurement equation of the system are derived.An integrated navigation algorithm based on Unscented Kalman filter is designed,and the mathematical simulation analysis of the proposed model is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the model.The simulation results show that,in the horizontal coordinate system,the GPS / INS integrated navigation system can effectively overcome the shortcomings of each subsystem,improve the navigation accuracy and reliability,and has a certain reference value for improving the navigation security ability of polar flight.
