| Brushless Direct Current Motor(BLDCM)is an automated control motor with broad development prospects.BLDCM has the advantages of high work efficiency and easy maintenance,and is used in various industries.However,BLDCM will have the problem of torque ripple,which restricts its application in high-precision systems.Therefore,the research on the suppression of torque ripple is of great significance.According to the structure and operating principle of BLDCM,the reasons for torque ripple are analyzed.This paper designs a new type of two-tube conduction zero vector direct torque control system,aiming at the traditional zero vector direct torque control system(Direct Torque Control,DTC)torque calculation method is cumbersome,the zero voltage vector control represented by all zero numbers The problem of large torque fluctuations is improved on the basis of the traditional zero vector direct torque control system.The method of non-flux observation is adopted.One is the method of combining three-phase current and Hall signal in the torque calculation.It is to design a new type of two-tube conduction zero vector voltage selection table,which combines the two to suppress BLDCM torque pulsation.Build the torque calculation module,speed calculation module,zero voltage vector module,etc.on MATLAB/Simulink for verification,analyze the simulation results,and the simulation results are the same regardless of the constant load or sudden increase and decrease of load and high and low speed conditions.It shows that the new two-tube conduction zero vector direct torque control has better suppression of torque ripple than the traditional zero vector direct torque control.Build experiment platform,design hardware system and software system,main control board adopts DSP28335.The current waveforms and torque waveforms under constant load and sudden increase and decrease of load are collected.The experimental results and simulation results are consistent,indicating that the new two-tube conduction zero vector direct torque control system can refine the torque observation and be more effective Suppress BLDCM torque pulsation under constant load and sudden increase and decrease load. |
