| In recent years,the development of various weapons has put forward higher requirements for underwater detection technology,and how to improve underwater detection performance has become a research hotspot in various countries.The emergence of a new type of relaxor ferroelectric single crystal PMNT with excellent performance provides a new direction for the research of transducers.In this paper,the research on PMNT small transducers equipped with fuzes will provide theoretical and engineering references for the design of underwater ammunition weapon systems.First,aiming at the design problem of the sand wich transducer of piezoelectric single crystal PMNT,by studying the working mechanism of the traditional transducer,according to the frequency equation and the optimal vibration velocity ratio and other related theories,the 1stOpt Myquart method and general global optimization algorithm are adopted.design the dimensional elements of the multilayer sandwich PMNT transducer,establish the finite element model of the transducer,simulate the actual working state of the transducer in water,and simulate its electroacoustic performance.The results show that,compared with the traditional ceramic PZT-4 transducer,the multilayer sandwich PMNT piezoelectric transducer,which is optimized and designed based on the characteristics of the piezoelectric single crystal,effectively reduces the size of the transducer and reduces the resonance frequency.At the same time,the emission voltage response is improved.Secondly,the single-layer sandwich PMNT piezoelectric transducer is studied,the actual model is simplified,and the finite element simulation method is used to simulate and analyze the piezoelectric single crystal;the vibration mode of the piezoelectric vibrator and the corresponding resonance are obtained through modal analysis;The harmonic response analysis is used to obtain the best excitation frequency of the transducer;the transient response analysis verifies the function of the piezoelectric vibrator to emit sound waves.Finally,a single-layer sandwich PMNT piezoelectric transducer was prepared and tested under water.Experiments show that the sandwich PMNT transducer developed has a lower resonance frequency and operating loss than ceramic PZT transducers,and at the same time improves the transducer’s emission voltage response and sensitivity,and effectively improves the underwater sound detection performance. |
