Flight scheduling is an optimized combination of various resources based on comprehensive consideration of various internal and external factors,and is the basis for airline flight operations.In the actual operation process,due to the influence of various factors,the flight cannot be operated normally as originally planned.When flights cannot operate normally,how airlines can allocate existing resources reasonably and effectively so that they can resume flights at a low cost and with high efficiency is particularly important for airlines to improve their operational efficiency and service levels.In the literature on existing domestic flights,only strategies such as flight cancellation,flight delays,and aircraft exchange recovery are often considered.However,cruise speed control is also used in actual operations of airlines,and existing studies generally give rise to aircraft shortages and airport closures.The irregular flights of the country will be restored separately.Therefore,this paper studies the recovery of single-type flights and multi-type flights on the basis of considering the control of cruise speed,and simultaneously restores abnormal flights caused by aircraft shortages and airport closures.Based on the current situation of flight recovery research and existing models at home and abroad,this paper studies the flight recovery problem considering cruise speed adjustment.Firstly,the related theoretical knowledge of abnormal flight recovery is sorted out,and three classic flight recovery models are analyzed,which are resource assignment model,multi-line goods flow network model and time discrete approximation model.Then,the function of cruise speed adjustment and the calculation formula of additional fuel cost are introduced,and a single aircraft recovery model considering cruise speed adjustment is established;on the basis of single aircraft recovery model,a multi aircraft recovery model considering cruise speed adjustment is constructed by adding passenger spillover cost into objective function and passenger disappointment spillover constraint into constraint conditions And simulated annealing genetic algorithm is used to solve the two models.Finally,the two flight recovery models were analyzed by calculation examples.The results show that the flight recovery program proposed in this paper can reduce the flight recovery cost while improving the flight recovery efficiency. |
