| With the continuous development of smart grid construction in China,as an important part of it,distribution automation plays an important role in improving the production,operation and management level of distribution network.Summing up the experience in the construction,operation and maintenance of distribution automation in recent years,it is deeply realized that the correctness of the automation information of distribution terminal in distribution automation operation is the basis for solving the "blind adjustment" of distribution network regulation,realizing the visualization and intelligent regulation,and is the most basic data source for intelligent fault investigation and judgment and rapid isolation of distribution automation system.In addition,the "three remote" access of distribution automation alignment,test and distribution master station,communication system and the terminal and other closely related,in the distribution automation system in the process of the construction and operational need to rely on a large number of human resources,so in actual operation of power distribution automation system based on in situ rapid alignment with the whole process of the automatic access still needs further research.This paper takes the fast access of distribution terminal as the research goal,and carries out the research on the key technology of lightweight operation and maintenance of secondary equipment.The key research contents are as follows:(1)This paper studies the method of self description of distribution terminal and information interactive identification between master station and terminal,and realizes the automatic generation of "three-tele" information point table template and information point table of the main station side terminal of distribution automation.(2)This paper researches the standard system of joint debugging and acceptance when distribution terminal access to the main distribution station.Verifying the correctness of "three-tele",terminal configuration parameters,etc.,by the local simulated lightweight master station.Ensuring the consistency with the acceptance standard of the master station,and innovate the "lightweight" local operation and maintenance mode of distribution automation.(3)The method of realizing the automatic joint debugging of terminal standardization is studied.Through the association modeling of telemetering,telecommunicating and telecontrolling,the "three-tele" signals can be verified mutually.The judgement of wiring sequence,the protection of telemetry matching and the coordinate automatic debugging are automatically accomplished.The automatic point to point and joint debugging of the distribution station end can be realized,and the automatic point to point and joint debugging between the terminal and the main station are completed based on the standardized "three-tele" point table.(4)Researching on the method of terminal local joint debugging and master station automatic closed-loop acceptance.The fast separation and integration debugging method of terminal side and master station.The fast and standardized local joint debugging of distribution terminal independent of remote communication are realized based on the synchronization technology of local simulation lightweight master station and operation master station.The function of fast closed-loop automatic acceptance of master station based on the local debugging results also can be accompished.(5)Studying on the automatic acceptance module of the distribution master station and considering the method of automatically generating the terminal debugging report.Realizing debugging process that the main station record and the terminal access.The terminal debugging report is automatically generate and local tuning and remote acceptance results are shared. |
