With the rapid economic and social development and the intensification of global climate change,the urban tidal river network areas are facing greater pressure in flood control and drainage and water environmental protection.Using sluices along the river to use tidal range to divert and drain inland rivers is an effective way to enhance the flood control and drainage capacity of tidal river networks and improve the quality of water environment.However,the development of industry along the river sometimes conflicts with the drainage of the tidal river networks.Engineering measures need to be taken to coordinate the relationship between the two.The effect of these engineering measures needs to be scientifically demonstrated.Based on the new construction of Huisheng Heavy Industry 3#Outfitting Wharf near the gate of Nantong Farm Gate,this paper carried out the research on the influence of outfitting wharf project on the drainage of the tidal river network.The research content includes the integration of hydrodynamic models of tidal river network outfitting wharf engineering,the comprehensive influence of outfitting wharf engineering on tidal river network diversion,and the analysis of influencing factors of outfitting wharf engineering on tidal river network diversion and drainage,etc.The research results obtained are as follows:1)An equivalent treatment method for the analysis of the ship’s water blocking effect in the outfitting wharf project is proposed,that is,the ship is generalized into a movable gate,the gate is set at the largest width of the ship,the gate width is the same width as the maximum width of the docked ship,and the gate opening height remain at a fixed distance below the surface,equal to the draft of the ship.2)Quantitatively evaluate the comprehensive impact of the new construction of Huisheng Heavy Industry 3#Outfitting Wharf on the drainage and drainage of the river network of Nantong Farm,using the once-in-two-year design drainage tide pattern and the measured tide level data obtained on December 11,2020 Combined with the rain once in 20 years,a numerical simulation of the impact of the new construction of the wharf on the drainage of the farm gate has been carried out.The total drainage of all the gates in the farm area for 2 days has increased by 0.3%and 1.4%respectively compared with that before the completion.Using the tide pattern on August 5,2016,the once-in-two-year design drainage tide pattern,and the tide pattern on December 11,2020 to carry out the numerical simulation of the drainage impact,the total amount of drainage of the farm gate in one day after the completion was increased respectively compared with before the completion 0.5%,0.3%and 0.5%.Using the tide pattern on August 5,2016,the once-in-20-year design irrigation tide pattern,and the tide pattern on December 11,2020 to carry out the numerical simulation of the water diversion impact,the total amount of water diversion of the farm gate for one day after the completion of the construction has been reduced respectively compared with before the completion 0.2%,4.2%and 0.7%.The water level change process in the river network during the diversion and drainage of the Nantong Farm Gate was almost the same before and after the completion of the dock.The total drainage volume of the Nantong Farm Area and the total drainage volume of the Nantong Farm Gate were slightly larger than before the completion of the dock.The change in the total amount of water diversion from Nantong Farm Gate is opposite.3)Using the once-in-two-year design drainage tide type and the once-in-20-year irrigation tide type to analyze the influence factors of the outfitting wharf project on the diversion and drainage of the tidal river network,the farm lock when the ship is moored and when the ship is not moored after the dock is completed The total drainage volume for one day has increased by 0.04 million m3 compared with that before the completion.After the completion of the dock,the total water diversion of the farm lock during one day is reduced by 12,200 m3 compared with that before the completion of the dock,and the total water diversion when the ship is not moored is reduced by 12,100 m3.It is scientifically understood that the widening and dredging measures at the entrance of the outfitting wharf project are beneficial to the drainage of the tidal river network and unfavorable to the diversion of the tidal river network,and that the impact of the mooring at the entrance on the drainage and drainage of the tidal river network is minimal.The research results of this article are aimed at in-depth study of the influence of the outfitting wharf project on the drainage of the tidal river network.It is of academic significance and can provide a scientific basis for the new construction of the 3#outfitting wharf of Huisheng Heavy Industry.
