Since the 13th Five-Year Plan,the rapid development of urbanization in China has brought about a series of urban congestion problems,which has become a roadblock in the process of urban development.As an emerging logistics system,the underground logistics system is integrated into the urban material transportation system,which can make full use of urban underground space resources,ease urban land shortage,promote the development of circular economy model and relieve urban traffic congestion.This study mainly studies the operation plan of vehicle marshalling on the line during the operation of the urban underground logistics system.Firstly,this study introduces the development status of underground logistics system at home and abroad,and the theory and practice of scheduling and marshalling scheme.Secondly,it describes the difference and connection between underground logistics and traditional ground logistics,and leads to urban underground logistics system,and analyzes the urban underground logistics system’s operational scheduling model and related constituent elements and workflow of operation scheduling issues.This study clarifies the basic concepts,advantages,disadvantages and applicability of the underground logistics system marshalling plan,then combines with the urban rail transit marshalling method,and puts forward the relevant determination principles of the underground logistics system marshalling problems.From the perspective of customers and operating companies,this study constructs a multi-objective planning model for urban underground logistics marshalling operation plan which takes the enterprise’s vehicle mileage fee,the number of on-line vehicles fee and the minimum customer waiting time as the objective function,and designs NSGA-Ⅱ Algorithm to solve.Finally,taking a secondary line in a proposed underground logistics system as an example,the study uses the optimization model of the marshalling vehicle operation scheme and its solving algorithm to obtain a multi-marshalling vehicle operation scheme set under peak conditions.By comparing with the single grouping plan,the study analyzes the effect of the optimal operation plan of the multiple grouping,and verifies the rationality and feasibility of the model and algorithm.This study mainly studies the urban underground logistics system marshalling problems,which provide a certain reference value for considering the planning of the underground logistics system marshalling plan,and has certain reference significance for the actual operation of the underground logistics system in the future.
