With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,various functional sensors have been integrated into wearable devices for continuous monitoring of individual health conditions and personalized medicine.Human sweat contains many kinds of physiological information,and sweat detection is an important means to realize personalized medicine.In this paper,Triboelectric Nanogenerator(TENG)was used to provide energy for the sweat detection system,and glucose components in sweat were detected by flexible sweat sensors,so as to realize selfpowered sweat detection system and complete non-invasive detection of sweat.First,based on the correlation between sweat and blood glucose components,a three-electrode sweat flexible sensor was designed,with Au as the electrode,and glucose oxidase and Prussian Blue(PB)as the catalyst,finally realizing the noninvasive detection of glucose in sweat.Secondly,through Maxwell equations,the TENG mathematical model was derived and the power generation output characteristics were analyzed.2D and 3D power generation models of TENG were established and Comsol finite element analysis was conducted to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of vertical and horizontal friction power generation,and the TENG equivalent circuit model was optimized to obtain two output characteristic curves consistent with the actual voltage output.Then,according to the contact force model,the influence of surface structure modification on power generation performance is explored.Research TENG current source and capacitance characteristics,design energy conversion circuit,improve the speed of super capacitor energy storage;TENG power generation test platform was built to verify the performance of TENG power generation.Finally,design the small signal amplification detection circuit of sweat glucose sensor and embedded low-power Bluetooth sweat glucose detection system,develop system test software and mobile APP based on Py Qt,and realize the visualization of test data.The results show that TENG has good power generation performance with voltage up to 170 V and can drive hundreds of leds simultaneously.TENG generates energy through an energy conversion circuit,storing energy through ultracapacitors,providing energy for a flexible sweat detection system,and completing sweat detection and data Bluetooth transmission.The flexible sweat sensor is stable in the p H range of5.5-8 with a first-order sensitivity of 682.87 n A/m M,meeting the requirements of glucose detection in sweat.It can continuously detect the glucose components in the sweat of the exerciser and provide basic data for the evaluation of the physiological status of exercise.
