At present,China’s important passenger transport mode--water transport business involves a wide range,mainly including four regions:East China,Bohai Bay,the Yangtze River coast,Qiongzhou Strait,these regions are rich and diverse routes.The bohai Bay area,which connects two peninsulas and is the only inland sea in China,has developed greatly in recent years due to its superior maritime transport conditions.Guest rolling transport of the current our country’s two biggest markets in the north and south each one in our country,is the northern part of bohai gulf roll-on roll-off transportation market,it greatly shortens the distance of yantai to northeast,in the pace of life in today’s travel is more and more frequent,more and more compact,against the background of bohai bay water route has become the real"golden waterway".The exchange of goods and people in the southern and northern parts of the Bohai Bay area is carried out by passenger transport.In this market,the transport demand of Liaoning and Shandong is more than 85%,which is the support of the demand of the roll-on roll-on roll-off transport market of these two provinces.Compared with other modes of transport,passenger rolling transport has the characteristics of low carbon and low cost.This mode of transport is the main mode of transport in bohai Rim region.Passenger rolling transport is a part of the waterway passenger transport industry,which plays an important role in the development and construction of regional economy,especially in the coastal areas and areas such as the Sichuan River,which can not only promote the economic development of various regions,but also promote the prosperity of tourism.It is an inevitable choice to realize the transformation,upgrading and long-term development of A company to make use of various technical methods to realize the integration of theory and practice,complement each other,and jointly achieve the marketing goal of "maximizing corporate profits".Based on the development of passenger rolling transportation industry and the actual situation of A company,this paper deeply analyzes the opportunities and challenges of A company in the current complex situation.At the same time,fully using the methods of PEST,SWOT and internal resources analysis,the internal and external environment,internal resources and other aspects to carry on the comprehensive analysis,found its deficiency and marketing strategy development direction,and combining with the characteristics of the current age of the Internet,using the 4 c theory to analyze the causes of A company to implement precise marketing,to determine the precise marketing strategy.On this basis,this paper studied the precision marketing after the implementation of A company can produce A variety of results,one may are analyzed,and points out the existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding solution measures,and from the aspects of idea,organization,management,brand,and the guarantee of effective measures.Finally,this paper combined with the previous research analysis to summarize the conclusion,and pointed out the existing shortcomings and the next prospect.In the current society,the use of big data is an important factor supporting the development of enterprises,and the effective implementation of precision marketing cannot be separated from the strong support of big data.The organic combination of the two provides a strong theoretical basis for the fine marketing management of Enterprises in China.The research done in this paper is to take Company A as an example in the current context,which not only provides reference for the development of the customer rolling transportation market in Bohai Bay,but also provides A decision basis for the formulation of the next marketing strategy of Company A.
