| Due to my country’s energy shortage and environmental degradation,the development and utilization of new energy is urgent,and reasonable grid connection is an important part of the use of new energy.Reasonable use of geographical advantages to vigorously develop wind energy,a new energy source,is a problem that Jinan,which has the characteristics of inland wind energy resource distribution,needs to face.Because Jinan is located inland,the wind energy resources are not as abundant as the coastal areas in the province.The development of wind power star ted late and the number of built wind farms is relatively small.The grid connection method of newly-built wind farms is designed and determined by each wind farm construction company.Jinan Power Grid No unified wind power grid connection planning has bee n carried out.The disorderly grid connection of wind power will greatly increase the grid loss rate of the entire grid,reduce the power quality of the grid,cause voltage fluctuations and flicker,cause frequency deviations in the grid,and bring difficulties to the active and reactive power balance dispatch of the grid,even Produce more serious harmonic problems.The study of wind power grid integration is a powerful measure to solve the power shortage problem in Jinan and alleviate the problem of local environmental degradation.This article counts the use of wind power in the development of new energy in Shandong Power Grid,and investigates and analyzes the situation of wind power and the status of wind farms in Jinan.Based on the research and analysis of the theory of the maximum injection capacity of a single point of wind power,the principle of grid connection for wind power in Jinan is determined from the three aspects of the maximum injection capacity of a single point,the connection voltage level and the grid connection mode.After that,the wind farms in Jinan that have been connected to the grid in accordance with the principle of grid connection and the wind farms that do not comply with the principle of grid connection were compared before and after grid connection to verify the rationality of the principle of grid connection.Then,according to the determined wind power grid connection principle,the specific grid connection scheme design of the wind farms under construction,planned and planned in Jinan area is carried out.Finally,combined with the Jinan Guorui Shanghe Wind Power Project,the actual connection system design was carried out.Through research,this paper has achieved the following three results: the principle of grid connection for wind power generation in Jinan is determined from the three aspects of single point maximum injection capacity,access voltage level and grid connection mode,and the comparison of the changes in the grid loss rate has been verified.Its rationali ty;through the determined principles of wind power grid connection,the specific grid connection scheme design for wind farms under construction,proposed and planning in Jinan area is carried out,and it provides a reference for grid connection methods for wind farms that are not connected to the grid;combined with Jinan An empirical study was carried out on the engineering case of the Guorui Shanghe Wind Power Project,and the selection of the project’s wind farm access scheme,access voltage level,grid-connected power,selection of electrical equipment parameters,relay protection and safety automatic devices,as well as communication and The actual application design was carried out in the aspects of dispatching,and the specific equipment selection a nd investment estimation were given for the grid-connected design of this case,which provided a plan reference for the subsequent design of the access system of wind farms in Jinan. |
