Nowadays,the concept of energy internet is deeply rooted in people’s minds,and the integrated energy system,as an integrated network of energy systems,can contain a large number of distributed energy sources and energy storage devices,so that the energy generation and consumption tend to balance.With consideration of wind,light and natural gas,the key of this paper is how to make these distributed energy sources better complement each other and perform well in terms of economy and environmental impact.In this paper,we analyze the problem of optimal operation and optimal planning of integrated energy systems by taking the electric,gas,cooling,and heating integrated energy system as the research object,and carry out a series of studies by modeling the integrated energy system from the operation level and the planning level,respectively.(1)This paper firstly elaborates the definition of integrated energy system and the development status of integrated energy system,and summarizes the current research results of optimized operation and optimized planning of integrated energy system.(2)The principles of distributed power supply equipment;various types of energy storage equipment;and electrical cooling and thermal coupling units in the integrated energy system are analyzed,and mathematical modeling analysis is conducted to prepare the theory for the subsequent optimal operation and optimal planning of the integrated energy system.(3)The randomness and uncertainty of wind turbine,photovoltaic and load output are solved by the method of chance-constrained planning;this paper mainly studies the operation state of the integrated energy system under the economic and environmental protection indexes,and explores the output of each energy equipment and the energy coupling between the coupling unit equipment under the economic optimal conditions by establishing the lowest cost of purchasing and selling electricity and gas before the day as the economic optimization operation target.Finally,the system economy and environmental protection are considered by establishing a fuzzy affiliation function.(4)The optimization operation problem constructed in the previous paper is used as a sub-problem to build a comprehensive energy optimization allocation model.The lower layer of the model is based on the optimization operation model,and the upper layer integrates the total initial investment cost and operation cost of the comprehensive energy-related equipment,which is a large mixed integer linear programming problem.The generalized Benders Decomposition method is used to solve the problem.Finally,an example is given to verify the feasibility of the proposed strategy and model.(5)The above method and model are verified by using the actual integrated energy system in Qingdao Sino-German Park as a case study.The practical value of the operation strategy and planning model in the actual integrated energy system is verified.
