Design And Research On Adaptive Regeneration Of Assembly Mode In Yongtai Village

In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the protection,repair and reuse of historical buildings.Due to the different types of traditional buildings,there are some differences in the development mode.Zhuangzhai is a historical building with regional characteristics in Yongtai area of Fujian Province.Since 2015,Yongtai County Government of Fuzhou City has carried out systematic research and protection on Yongtai village,which has been repaired by the joint efforts of the family and local villagers.Although Yongtai County Government and local clansmen attach importance to the protection,restoration and reuse of the village,the traditional development mode is not suitable for the local situation.The increasing living standards make the function of Zhuang village buildings no longer adapt to the modern social environment.Besides the key protection units,there are still a large number of abandoned Zhuang village buildings in Yongtai area.These villages are not managed and collapse seriously.How to change the traditional reuse mode and explore the adaptive regeneration mode of Zhuang village under the premise of ensuring the integrity of Zhuang village architectural culture is the key This thesis focuses on the important issues in the study of the literature.Through the investigation and analysis of Zhuang Zhai architecture,the construction of Zhuang Zhai architecture has the awareness of assembly.Due to the technical limitations at that time,there is no industrial production mode.Modern assembly technology can continue this awareness,inherit the ancient Chinese construction ideas,continue Zhuang Zhai architectural culture,reduce the cost of Zhuang Zhai architecture protection and reuse,and bring economic development potential for Yongtai Continuous motivation.From the perspective of sustainable development,taking Yongtai area as the main research area,this thesis makes a systematic study on the protection and reuse of Juxing village in Yongtai village,sums up the combination mode of prefabricated buildings in Yongtai traditional buildings,and expounds the adaptive concept of Yongtai village buildings.Juxing village is one of the villages with more damaged parts in Yongtai village.The follow-up development problems need to be solved urgently.The research on the protection and reuse of Juxing village is typical and representative in the villages with serious damage in Yongtai region.Taking the repair and reconstruction of Juxing village as the main research object,guided by adaptive regeneration,on the basis of prefabricated architecture research,combined with the actual situation and regional characteristics of Yongtai village,this thesis explores the adaptive protection and reuse strategy suitable for Yongtai village,so as to improve the current development situation of Yongtai Village.
