Single-tower prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge has superior structural performance,good economic indicators,and rapid development worldwide.However,this type of bridge has a high number of statically indeterminate times and complicated construction processes,and it is particularly important to determine a reasonable bridge formation state and control of the construction process.Based on the engineering background of Baojing Youshui Third Bridge,this paper analyzes its reasonable bridge formation status and construction process control.The article is mainly divided into the following sections:1.The development history and development trend of the cable-stayed bridge are introduced in detail,and the advantages of the single-tower cable-stayed bridge are summarized.Summarize the current research status of determining the reasonable completion status and construction control method,and explain the engineering overview and main design parameters of the Youshui Third Bridge in this paper.2.Using the combined method of the minimum bending energy method and the stress balance method,the tensile and compressive stresses on the upper and lower edges of the main beam are used as the control conditions.Through the adjustment of the cable force,the bending moment value of the main beam is within the feasible range and as close as possible to the feasible range.The average value of the upper and lower limits determines the reasonable completion status of the Youshui Third Bridge.The stress value of the main girder,main tower and stay cable is within the allowable range when the bridge is reasonably completed.3.Establish the MIDAS CIVIL finite element model of staged construction,and analyze the construction control using the unstressed state method without considering the shrinkage and creep.Finally,it is obtained that the internal force and displacement of the staged bridge state and the first bridge state coincide,and verification The feasibility of the unstressed state method4.In consideration of shrinkage and creep,the method of correcting the unstressed state by iterative correction of the formal assembly solves the phenomenon that the bridged state and the bridged state are not closed in phases due to the effect of shrinkage and creep,and the phases are extracted.The tensile force value of the tension and the amount of the anchor head pulled out at the final tension stage,and the pre-camber of the completed bridge and the pre-camber of the construction were calculated.Finally,the self-weight,cable force,and temperature are changed to a certain extent,and the sensitivity of these parameters to the displacement of the main beam,the stress of the main beam,the displacement of the tower top,and the bending moment of the tower root is analyzed.
