The cantilever pouring reinforced concrete arch bridge mainly adopts junction pier or tower as support structure,one side anchors the casted section to the temporary buckle tower through the buckle cable,and the other side is tensioned and anchored on the anchorage to form the diagonal pull buckle Hang the system.In the process of cantilever pouring,the buckle tower is a tower structure that supports the buckle cable and the anchor cable.It is an important part to ensure the safety and stability of the construction process.The force line shape or the stability of the construction process is controlled,and the construction period of the cantilever pouring is relatively long.There are many factors affecting the force of the main arch ring during the construction process.The influence of force is very instructive.The main span of the Shatuo Super Bridge in Yanhe County,Guizhou Province,currently under construction,is 240m.Its span ranks first in the country in the same bridge type,second in Asia.Heavy,it is more difficult to control the buckle force,buckle tower and arch ring stress during construction.With Shatuo Super Bridge as the engineering background,this paper mainly does the following research:(1)Based on the deduction of anchor cable "a tensioned in place" of ideas,based on the influence matrix method,using Midas Civil based on influence coefficient matrix method of unknown load function,to give the completed load generalized force,selected target function,limit the scope of the control variables of cantilever pouring reinforced concrete arch bridge construction stage buckle anchor cable force optimization,and the final optimal solutions;(2)Midas Civil was used to establish the finite element simulation and calculation model to study the influence of different height of buttress on the stress and alignment of main arch ring,buttress cable force and stability of cantilever arch bridge during construction.Then,through the analysis of the impact data,MATLAB was used to fit the curve according to the law of impact,formulate the objective function,and explore the relatively reasonable height of the tower,so as to make the force of the whole bridge reasonable;(3)The paper mainly analyzes the influence of temperature effect and hanging basket load in the construction process.Midas Civil was used for finite element simulation analysis to study the influence of cable arch temperature difference,cable temperature difference and high temperature closure on the main arch ring stress,linearity and cable force during the construction stage of the cantilever arch bridge.The influence analysis is made on the stress and line shape of the main arch ring under different weight of the hanging basket and different supporting modes of the hanging basket.
