| Sleep respirator is a ventilation device that can be assisted human breathing.It provides continuous and comfortable air pressure during sleep.It can help patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS)to treat,improving the quality of sleep of patients while achieve the goal of eliminating symptoms.The design requirements of brushless motor control systems are proposed that according to the development as well as current research of BLDC and controller,combined with the related theory and technical standards of sleep respirators.Coreless brushless DC motor with coreless armature is used as the controlled object.Built a mathematical model of Coreless BLDC by the knowledge of its structure and characteristics,operational principle,and the speed regulation principle.In accordance with fractional-order theory and fuzzy theory,put forward an adaptive fuzzy fractional-order control strategy,designed three kinds of speed controllers:PI,FOPI,and FFOPI.Coreless BLDC control system simulation model was built by Matlab/Simulink,completed simulation experiments and analyzed control system performance with different controller.The results show that the adaptive fuzzy fractional-order PI controller is better than others.According to the design requirements of the control system,STM32F103 was selected as the micro controller of the control system to complete the key hardware circuit design,such as power supply,driving,inverter,Hall sensor detection,current and voltage sampling.Using Keil uVision5 in MDK tools as the system development environment,designed the software program and showed the flow chart of key algorithms.Finally,processed and analyzed the experimental data by test the designed BLDC control system and prototype.The results show that adaptive fuzzy PI control algorithm can improve the performance of the system.The design meet the performance index requirements and verified the feasibility and rationality of the design control system. |
