| By way of society attaches more and more significance to production safety issues,in recent years,construction enterprises have continuously increased investment in safety facilities and improved safety measures,but the occurrence of safety accidents has not been effectively controlled.A respectable safety atmosphere can effectively avoid production safety accidents.According to statistics,80%of accidents in the industrial and civil construction industry are caused by recognized unsafe behaviors,while hydraulic engineering projects have similar construction content with construction industry,but hydraulic engineering projects have more types of work,longer periods,large open-air operations,and it is easily affected by meteorological and hydrological conditions,besides,safety management is more difficult.Therefore,exploring the influence of the safety climate of construction teams on the behavior of workers in construction teams of hydraulic engineering projects is of excessive significance for reducing construction safety accidents and improving the company’s safety management capabilities and safety performance.This article combines the construction characteristics of hydraulic engineering projects with relevant laws and regulations for safe construction in the building and hydraulic engineering projects industries.Based on the SHEL theoretical model,the content dimensions of the safety climate of the construction team of hydraulic engineering projects are initially divided from four aspects:software,hardware,environment,and liveware,and preparing the questionnaire accordingly.At the same time,we will discuss with large-scale hydraulic engineering project managers to modify and improve the questionnaire to ensure the comprehensiveness of the questionnaires and the degree of conformity with the real situation.Finally,an initial safety climate scale for the construction team of a hydraulic engineering projects was built,and field surveys were carried out on workers in several large-scale aero-electric hub projects under construction on the Xiang Jiang River in Hunan Province.A total of 320 questionnaires were distributed,and the survey objects covered workers in 16 occupations,and exchanged information and interviewed with the survey objects.What’s more,the article using SPSS and AMOS to analyze the collected questionnaire data,the analysis consequences show that the safety climate of the construction team of the hydraulic engineering projects consists of five dimensions:safety system construction,equipment and facility management,safety education assessment,accident prevention and treatment,personnel communication and attitude.The quiz results show that the questionnaire involved in this article has good reliability and validity and can meet the needs of this study.In order to further revision the interaction mechanism between the dimensions of the safety climate of the construction team of hydraulic engineering projects,based on the research and analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,a hypothetical model of interaction is constructed.The initial model was verified with AMOS,and the model was revised and tested.The results show that safety system construction has a significant impact on safety education assessment,and it has a important effect on equipment and facilities management,it also has a major influence on personnel communication and attitudes,as well as a significant impact on accident prevention and handling.Besides,equipment Facility management has a significant impact on accident prevention and handling,and it has a momentous impact on personnel communication and attitudes.Comprehensively consider the analysis results and the environment of the construction site of the water conservancy project with the actual working conditions of the workers.From the perspective of the enterprise manager,suggestions for improvement on the deficiencies in safety management are as follows:When conducting safety management,construction companies should first ensure that they have clear and reasonable safety rules and regulations,and that they need to fully cover all construction processes,including safety ability education and assessment,as well as the management of equipment and facilities on the construction site.The reward and punishment policy for safe construction can effectively motivate the team workers to promote their own safety behavior,and the effective implementation of the entity management regulations on the construction site except for personnel can ensure that the team workers have an absolutely safe external environment during construction;safety behavioral ability needs to be continuously improved through daily educational assessments.Adequate educational assessment of safety theory knowledge can enable workers to identify risks in daily work in a timely manner and deal with hidden dangers to achieve the purpose of preventing accidents;if they are hardware entities during work,poor management will increase the risk of safety accidents,and the standardization of all staff is also an effective measure to avoid risks. |
